I call sat 12:40 pm letting them know I’ll be there before 1pm. Sonya says as long as u get here by 1 cause i close the doors at that time. I get there at 12:55 and of course she locked the doors on me. Why even bother telling me what you did. Complete bs. Well i know the money all goes to brooks anyway but at least midland was nice enough to stay open for me so i can go get my product and raise their sales thank u for nothing Odessa

I spoke to a women named Abby on the phone trying to see if I can shop there. I currently have my Cosmetology Operator license with me I offered to take it to prove that I have my license. Although the only ID I had with me at the time was my school license from when I graduated with my Cosemtology Lisense. When I told her if I can take that ID in she just said "Seriously?" She laughed and then she hung up. Very very rude and I will be contacting the manager.
