I met with Robyn today to look at their store rooms. I did not have the experience I read about in other reviews. She was very nice and helpful. Yes, the store rooms are dusty. So is my house. This is west texas. The store rooms look very well maintained and the parking lot outside is concrete and the floors of the units are raised a couple of inches so I do not see how water is an issue. I guess I will find out if it ever rains again. Thank you so much Robyn, it was a pleasure doing business with you and a delightful visit. I did rent a unit and recommended them to my adult children as well.

"New Managment" is the reason I cleared my stuff out. First time I met Robyn it was a decision I knew right then to make. She's rude, no customer service skills as she talked to me like I was beneath her. We were just going thru out itwm to get rid of some but the way I was treated, I decided to clear out completely. Their new policies under this new management is ridiculous considering how ill built the units are. If you want dusty and dirty and water damage and spiders all over your stuff, go ahead and rent from them. Thar alone was a turn off. But the rudeness I got today was beyond acceptable.
I'll never let anyone I know rent here.
Ridiculous!!!
I could handle the dust and dirt with the decent management they had before hand. But now it's not worth the $80 a month for my stuff to get ruined by water and dirt.
