I wrote a review the other day about how All American Chevrolet had screwed me over & after paying $5000 down on a $17987 car I ended up still owing over $20000. I said I had expected to pay around $1500 in taxes & fees but that I had REPEATEDLT & FINALLY ANGRILY refused the "service contract" for $3251 but that I found that they had added it any way & I had called & complained about it. I said that they told me to come down & they would take care of it "right away". I said that as of that writing they still had not done so. WELL , TODAY a manager called me about my "bad review" of his business to tell me that he did not appreciate my review & that they "were only trying to help me" by adding the contract even though I said repeatedly that I did not want it! He then kept telling me that I should just keep it! He just kept on & on about how I would not be protected & that they were doing it "FOR MY OWN GOOD!". I kept telling him "NO!" but he just kept on! Finally I got angry, again,& said "HELL NO!" Then he started saying he couldn't hear me & kept saying "Hello? Mrs. Wilson are you there? Hello? Hello?" & then he hung upon me! I called right back & he answered the phone himself, without my having to go thru anybody. I told him who I was & told him I did not appreciate him hanging up on me & that I wanted him to refund that $3251 RIGHT NOW! He said that he did not hang up on me but that he "lost the connection", then he went right back to telling me that I should keep the service warranty! I got REALLY ANGRY this time & used some very unladylike language. He told me that he did not appreciate my language when he was only trying to help me. I kept trying to talk but he wouldn't let me get a word in. I finally YELLED very loudly for him to "SHUT THE HELL UP & GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK , NOW!" He was angry with me for "daring to speak that way" to him. I told him that he had better give the money back NOW. He said that he would refund the money but that he thought I was "rude & ignorant " when they were "only trying to help me." I told him that as soon as I got off the phone that I was going to write another review of his business concerning the phone calls of today. I didn't. I waited to see if he had refunded the money . As of 8:53 PM today he has not. Please do not do business with these people. There are plenty of good people in the Permian Basin to do business with but All American Chevrolet is not one of them.

They give us a truck that is a lot a money The paint was off and. And front has a dent a front of it. We are paying 600 something dollars on it an we think we are going to sue them bc they fucked us over " so if I was you, I wouldn't get a Vehicle From them and we are trying tray it in but we can't bc we own on it a lot money on it and p.s we had that truck for a year

i brought my Toyota Avalon to the collision center for body repairs. SCOT VOIGHT was very nice and assured me that the employees that were there the first time in 2021 were no longer with the company and I would get better service from the staff. I took my car back to this company because I liked the quality repair of my first car. Scot Voight gets a five star for his courtesy. The repair didn't take as long this time. Also the staff at the front desk was much friendlier. The reason for a three star is that it took nearly two weeks for me to get my car back. This place needs more help.

***UPDATE****ORIGINALLY GAVE FIVE STARS BIG MISTAKE***We fully purchased the new vehicle December 27, 2022. They did not pay off the trade in until this week, February 20,. The financial company with the trade in loan is charging us for the payments since All American took their sweet time sending in the payoff. Could never get through to the finance department over the phone, the manager hung up on me when questioned about the payoff. Now I can not get ahold of anyone about my plates. For gucks sakes how hard is it to answer a phone or return a call!! This place does not do good business.We originally purchased a 2021 Chevy Traverse in December 2022. Once we got the vehicle home, we discovered multiple issues with the paint. Took the vehicle back to the dealership to have the issue resolved. Due to the extensive damage to the paint, the general manager allowed us to trade the vehicle for full purchase price. Our salesman Miguel helped us find a 2023 Traverse for the same price.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I found a car that I was interested in, on there website. It showed the msrp price to be $28110 and the drive it now price to be $28110. Spoke with a representative half the day, took off work early, only to get there and they are up charging the price of their vehicles by $5000.00. The difference in price was frustrating enough, but talking to the sales manager only made the situation Worse. Not only could he not honor the price advertised, he couldn't understand why the ad was deceiving. That tells me honesty and integrity is not a standard of his. Which means I should bring my business elsewhere. I should have read the reviews others have left, so I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Wanted to buy a car while on vacation it was an hour into my drive when I found out the car I called to confirm they had was actually eight hours away and they were planning to bait and switch me with a different similar car but that unfortunately didn't pass inspection thanks for wasting a ton of my time and glad I didn't cancel my flight

I made the mistake of going back to this waste of space. . I only went back for an oil change. Because what can go with wrong with an oil change right? Let me tell you what can go wrong!!! Not only did they close the check engine light come on again. They left the dipstick sticking out about a foot!!! How hard is it to insert a fucking dipstick?!?!?! I will give negative stars if I could.

I had my truck dropped off the 14th of December 2020. It's now the 8th of January in 2021. They're service department.. is absolutely.. by far.. the slowest moving people on the earth. I informed them. The day after it was dropped off.. about the issues it was having ( emissions system).Called today 1-8-21. Now half the motors broke down and it's a high pressure pump issue and it's a "30-40hr" job. And I have at least another week minimum. Carlos ( service department) Is about good as tits on a boar. He has zero answers ever. Besides the usual "we are getting to it". All in all. It's been absolute shit show. That being said. Take your vehicle to a shop with actual knowledgeable mechanics and service department. And before the GM reply's and says " please reach out to me so we can discuss this issue further"... my number is +13255135092. YOU can reach out to me. It's now 1-12-21. No update. No call. Truck still in service.It's now 1-26-21. Whole fuel system has to be replaced. They have parts on order. I find it odd though. When I called 1-15. Carlos said they only needed a pump... that was already on order and would be there in 1-2 days. Nonetheless... their ETA for fixing it is "end of this week beginning of next week". Keep my truck in yalls prayers.It's *****2-4-21***** they finally have the parts in... but once again. It's a "30-40 hour job. And " Monday or Tuesday it'll be done" . Just 10 more days.. and they'll have had it for 2 months. *I'll update my review accordingly
