PEEESIMOOOOO They charged me 5,088 and left my jeep terrible, they gave me a 12 month warranty and they never answer the phone, we are going to have to replace the engine because this man did not do his job well!
But very good to get paid!

Dont come here unless you want them to diagnose your car then mess everything up and try to charge you to fix what they messed up very unprofessional service and doesnt seem like they know what they are doing and charges more than known places like premier just to tell you whats wrong with your vehicle your looking at spending 360 just for 3 hours of them finding what the problem is and with that they can take their time and spend days and charge you for it and by the time you figure out anything you would already have a 3,000$ bill before the problem can even be fixed dont go here unless you want to end up in jail for assualt or worse i recommend Mj Automotive ismael does great work for an affordable price.

Javier and his crew are always so amazing and helpful. It's so hard to find good trustworthy mechanics out in west Texas but they always have been my go to. I will continue to bring any vehicle we have to this place if ever we encounter any issues. I know they will be able to help out and am so grateful to have discovered this place. I will continue to send as many people their way because I know how awful it is when you can't rely on your car service and Advanced has not let me down. Thank yall!

They messed my car up I'm broke down on the side of the road with my car running hot when I've never had these problems before I went to get my front crankshaft seal and they took my timing belt and water pump apart and didn't attach the hose and it ran hot my power steering is messed up when before I let them work on it it worked fine they charged me and my old man 750 dollars to tear my car up I'm taking my car back to them and if they dont fix whT they messed up I'm sewing

Just a heads up. .. These guys make up their own rates they do not post their labor cost in the office and if you ask, which i did multiple times, they say they will look into it and give you a good price. Ok lets get to the good part and why they fully deserve one star. First off, they are crooks. I brought my 2012 dodge avenger there for a simple radiator hose replacement. That was the ONLY thing i requested. A radiator hose is generally just a tube that can be put on in about 30 minutes MAX bland the part even from dodge is only $15 the highest is $25. Nobody called the next day to tell me if they found a part, the cost, or asked if i wanted the part to be put on, NO ESTIMATES! I had to call and ask whats the status, thats when they said oh we are done.. Shocking.. Nobody told me anything. So i asked how much it was and the guy says ill tell u when u get here.. Thats when i knew i was going to get an outrageous price. But i went to pick up my car. When i get there, the guy sits at the desk, doesnt say anything (guilty conscience) he is just typing the whole time. Hands me a paper and says there you go. $279! SERIOUSLY FOR A REPLACED RADIATOR HOSE THATS IT! so im heated as soon as i see the charge and i ask where the hell do u get these prices! So apparently he brought a $89 hose, and said its directly from dodge lol i show him dodges replacement hose $15 TO $25 MAX and he says oh well it came with a replacement cap... FUCKIN IDIOT THE CAP ISNT DAMAGED AND ITS A TWIST ON CAP! then he says oh we charged 115 for labor and it took us AN HOUR AND A HALF! i think you guys get it... Hose, 15 to 25, i paid more than 100 total for the part (which i doubt was the part he showed me only because he couldnt give me a receipt for the part or warranty print out) and a 30 minute job took an hour and half... Hmmmm... Yea right. Go here at your own risk. I could only imagine how many people got done like me with no Vaseline lol but didnt speak up. YOU WILL GET ROCKED BY PRICES TRUST ME DO NOT DO IT! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! IM THE REAL CUSTOMER AND I AM WARNING YOU THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND ARE GETTING AWAY WITH ROBBERY!
