Rented me a storage unit with someone’s stuff already in jt and I had to re-move all of my things since I set them by the unit I assumed was ready to move into.

Could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and prompt. This business from inside to out, including the rental space, is very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. ?

Lynn is an amazing at her job. She is very helpful no matter what the situation is. Her positive attitude really makes the trip to our storage a happy thing. She went above and beyond for my wife and I. Literally made us feel like we were damn near family! Awesome addition to the place. I don’t know who I need to talk to about this but someone give that woman a raise!!!!

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Rented the unit so that we can move from a lower level storage facility. 5 stars!!

Worst storage facility. Continues to charge your debit card after being notified that you no longer are in use of the unit.

I was there to try and get my mom out because the gate was stuck. Called the company no answer hit emergency intercom button of course nothing!!!! Had to call the non emergency number for the please with then had to call fire department what a waste of time and tax payer money. Proceed with catuon!!!!! 0 zero stars is what they deserve cooperate will get an ear full.

The employees on duty were very gracious and gave us all the information we needed. They showed us where our unit was, how to get in and times opened daily.
