“I past ordered custom bi-fold louvered doors, and today picked up a custom specked 36" stand alone kitchen cabinet for a espresso bar we are adding. On both orders we received quality products ready when promised. Staff in the store and mill shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I am not a fan of the box stores so walked their hardware isles trying to make a mental inventory with hopes I can use them for much of my home repair needs. I had driven past them many times not knowing exactly what the business was, then they were recommended to me for my door project.”
“I usually go for fitness items, but they have a large selection of merchandise...it's just jam-packed into a small space.If you're claustrophobic, be mindful of when you go, or better yet, know what you want to purchase so you can be in and out as quickly as possible (or order online...ijs).The line was super long, but moved fairly quickly. The employees were nice and helpful.”
“Extremely helpful and genuinely nice. I had issues with a recliner I purchased there and returned it to see if they can help. Teressa the store manager helped and did the exchange on another item with no hesitation. It definitely was nice to see higher management to handle the situation to make sure a customer is pleased.Teressa went even above and beyond to move the new recliner to my truck and help load it. All other associates were busy tending to other customers. Teressa did not hesitate to help. This speaks tremendously on how Big Lots values their customers. I will definitely be back.”

“I used to be a Family Dollar person but since I moved to Terrill, I am all about this Dollar General!! The best one I've ever been in. They have EVERYTHING I need from a great, cheap toy section for my 2 year old, the food I've been feeding my dogs and the cutest home decor. Everyone is friendly and the manager is so nice and friendly everytike I come in. I never would have known she was the manager til I complemented her on the store and she told me. This store has not failed me yet. Keep up the great work staff.”

They have great end of the season sales, and they know how to merchandise their stock!! High 5 to the manager and her staff!! You can just tell they take pride in their store!!”
