“The team at this store are so friendly and really value the customer. Specifically I want to shout out Josh who I later found out was a Manager. He saw me looking like a lost puppy on a back aisle and stopped to talk to me and offer assistance. He was super knowledgeable and discussed various options with me. I asked if a Designer was available and he immediately went to check if anyone was free. Ms. Noelia was free at the time which I was truly thankful for! She helped me pair my options to create a dynamic look! She was really patient and simply kind. That is not always the case nowadays in the world of customer service. “Shawn was awesome to work with. He listen to us and help design what we wanted. His price was fair, he is very responsive and stays on schedule. Our projects were completed a head of schedule. Each project was executed but an expert that was very good. All the workers were very professional and polite. They removed carpet from our staircase and installed custom wood that looks awesome. They installed carpet in the bedrooms upstairs, tile that looks like wood in the den, replaced the surround around both fireplaces. They even removed the old hearth space on the floor in front of the fireplace and repaired the floor up to the fireplace. Job well done. We will use Shawn for future projects and I already referred a freind to him.”

“Is Ferguson open to the public? I just need basic toilets parts for an easy fix that aren't available at Home Depot or Lowe's. May need a couple of new toilets too. Plumbing fixtures at DIY home centers are extremely poor quality and I don't trust them not to fail. Thanks!”

“Had a great experience with this company. They installed about 1500 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and put in new granite countertops. The workmanship was excellent. Ross at the store was also a great salesman. Had really good advice on which options to use and never pushed once, even though it took me a couple weeks to finally make all the decisions. The price was the best I could find. Overall, I would use them again in a second on my next project. Could not recommend them enough.”
“Lots of wonderful options but I can never find anyone on the floor to help with questions or locating things. It’s a rather large store, so it seems as if they may be either understaffed or have so much to do that. They’re coming on and off the floor at a rate that makes customer service difficult to upkeep. Whenever I do find customer service representatives. They are always kind and helpful, but it is difficult to find them.”
“This store has some "newer" staff that do a good job of keeping things orderly and the new product on the floor. They are always helpful at this store. I would say my only complaint is that many items are cheaply made and don't hold up well. I've had three pieces of decor break or malfunction in the past year alone. That is concerning. All the same, the pricing is usually such that there is value found in the purchase.”
“9.24.22Yes you are see that correctly, I am giving Cabinets to Go 5 stars. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen, closet or bathrooms you MUST go see Chrystal Gabbard (Store manager) at CTG!!! She is a rock star. She knows her job so well. Her design skills are spot on. You know when you go some where and you have this idea in your head of what you want...some how Chrystal reads your mind and does EXACTLY what you were envisioning. She is truly amazing. She has patience of a saint!!! I just love her honesty. Benny (cabinet installer) came out to measure my kitchen & bathrooms and he is the nicest man!! He also knows his job very well. And he showed up on time. That is not something you can say for most contractors. Ida also works at CTG and she is so sweet. I have talked to her as well and she's full of knowledge too! Like I said this is a MUST go to - they sell other stuff that just cabinets. (Flooring, countertops, cabinets, sinks, handles/knobs etc....)”
“Wonderful store! They have lots of beautiful fixtures to choose from and were super helpful. Laura was really nice to work with and gave great advice. I bought 3 chandeliers (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and I am really happy with all of them. There was one fixture that I had seen in another store and Anthology didn't carry it but the designer was able to find something very similar and order it for me which was fantastic.”

“Max , the manager recommended some great tile for a black splash. Turned out beautiful. JC Castillo tile did it and it turned out great. Herringbone design was beautiful. We did this instead of running the quartz up the backsplash. Turned out great..”
