BUYER BEWARE! During our recent trip to Texas, we decided to visit this location in The Woodlands. I purchased the 10 flights for five family members. I purchased one additional session for myself and was in limbo about my 4 year old niece because her parents were already in the wind tunnel. Needless to say, her waiver was never signed by her parents. They came out, and I went in for my flight session. I truly believe that it was oversight on my behalf. During the excitement of my flight I did not notice that I was charged for my niece even though her waiver was never signed and we were never offered an option to take an additional flight at that time and place. I figured no signed waiver, no flight, no charge, I was wrong, and I was charged. I kindly called The Woodlands location and explained the situation. At this point, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund for time not used. Anyone of us would have taken another turn if it would have been made aware that I was going to be charged any which way. " The house always wins." Sadly, I had already purchased eight additional flights, which I've begun to lose interest in using since I've had a horrible experience. My order # 1818236.

Absolutely amazing! We can't wait to go back and learn more. I'm wanting to dance in the sky and see my son spider man crawl! Out flight instructor was top notch and honestly I could listen to her speak all day! Plus she matches attitude and our group was 4 us plus 3 others we were scheduled with and we all had a blast and supported each other!

I so wish this wasn't my review. But here we go. We came for my son's 8th birthday, check in was a bit chaotic, the initial person I checked in with was so sweet and incredibly helpful. Until we were handed off to his coworker whom right from the start I felt as if we were not welcomed. It got progressively worst, with the attitude towards the kids, man handling alot of them, and when one was having anxiety and sensory overload, instead of showing compassion and patience, it was anything but. The kids didn't get their picture, video, nor a certification for the fly. But the icing on the cake for me was when my son said it was the worst birthday. For a 8 year old to pick up such poor vibes it's unfortunate. Sadly all 5 parents that came, felt the same way. Thank you for our first but last experience sadly at ifly.Edit: spoke to the manager Jenny and unfortunately there was not even a apology for the man handling of the kids, except for a " we will review the video" of the instructor that was unkind, except for we will revisit the issues with the staff of thanks and thank you for the feedback.Rest assured, we most Definitely will not be back.Because Jenny asked which side was bruised, here you go, the picture doesn't show how red the right side was.

The best experience ever!! It was our first time at IFLY for my son and me and we enjoyed it so much! Of course we'll be back, our instructor Mark was very professional and acknowledge and super funny ?. Customer Service is excellent at this location. ?recommended ?

The absolute best experience for my daughter’s birthday! Connor was a kind and patient instructor who was thē best we could have hoped for! I’d recommend getting there a little early to watch what goes on inside the big tube is you’re a little apprehensive about trying this out. We will definitely be back and loved the customer service by everyone today!!

OMG! The best experience ever!Worth every pennyThe instructor is very friendly and helpfulYou get everything covered up for be price$89.99 for two flightsYou have to pay additional for picture and videoSo it will be better you get a bundle and save some bucks!You have fear of sky diving or heights ! This is the best thing to do to over come that fear
