If you're looking for stylishness, this is not going to be the place for you. I had an in-depth conversation with Seth and in the end, I knew this gym was too far from my house and not going to be a good fit for me or my family right now. But I can tell you that if you are ready for a major life change with one-on-one training and guidance, P. A. Fitness would be a good place to choose. I wouldn't suggest if you're not prepared to go all in. But if you are committed to a life change, this place is going to give you all the help and support you need to make major changes and keep you on track.”

“The last few years I’ve struggled with the mental mindset of getting back into a regular workout. The end of 2022 I finally started adding movement back into my daily routine. I worked myself up to daily 4 mile walks but really needed strength training. Watching my husband improve the last two years at LSRF finally gave me the courage to take that final step and join myself. I’ve only done a few sessions but each time I’ve left feeling capable, stronger and motivated to return for more. Scott just opened up a mid morning class and I’m excited too my routine. I'm not sure about all locations, but the Louetta location is AWESOME-DOT-COME! :-) When I first started I was having several health issue. I could barely move. In just 2 weeks, I can tell the difference. I literally feel this class saved my life. The ladies in the class are welcoming. I've had several instructors and they are all very engaging. I even got a personal text and email from two instructors. I love the "come as you are" and "do what you can" atmosphere. There is no judgement or pressure; however, the instructor will encourage you to do your best. If you have back or knee issues (like me), there are options included in the dance moves. Also, don't be surprised if you see the owner of the "gym" get involved. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention the music. I love the versatility! You'll hear everything from afrobeats to country. You'll see a variety in ages, sizes, and shapes. Don't be intimidated by the descriptions of the classes on the website; just come and try to push yourself each time. You'll be surprised at how well you will do after just a few weeks. I've lost a few pounds, already. Put your health and YOU first! I hope to see you there!”

I joined with a couple of my football friends to see what this was about and there was the most life-changing decision I ever made. I got defined and stronger than ever. Octavius would do a couple of sessions a week with my group and it was amazing. For any young athlete or anyone out there that wants a great work out with weights and HIIT training, this is the spot. It made me get in the best shape of my life. It’s affordable, different and challenging. Octavius and Jeff are amazing trainers with different personalities and different methods of working you out but with 1 goal in mind: to make you better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”
