We adore our Saturday mornings at Emler! My son has been attending Water Babies classes with Ms. Amanda for almost a year now and the results are unbelievable. Every employee there has incredible patience and love of children, and the curriculum clearly works.

My daughter has been attending Emler for a little over a year and I have seen such an improvement. Everyone is very hands on and has even taken her to the side lanes for a more comprehensive lesson, even Mrs Angela herself. I will be bringing my newborn as soon as she reaches age requirements. Love EMLER SWIM SCHOOL!!

Short summary: if you are looking for swimming school for your kid look no further you will never regret sending your kid to emler. My son (at this time he was 3 years old) was very scared of water and I always wanted him to get trained for swimming and I searched through different swim schools.I totally gave emler a try based on reviews. My son enjoys it every time he is here. I have rarely seen him crying apart from 1-2 times when he was first went under water. He was not like other kid who will easily start go under water so teachers did put lot of extra efforts for him and finally he was actually going under water. His breathing became very stable and he is developing breathing control as I write this. I am very happy with his progress. They charge monthly fees of $100 and I think they also have per session fees structure but I have always used monthly. Also session last 30 min and if you miss the session automatically it generates makeup session which you can use within next 30 days which is cool.I would strongly recommend this place.

I already spoke to a manager, VERY kindly, about our first awful experience: An instructor who said she, "Could not get her hair wet..." and verbatim said she didn't know how to explain the exercises. I was told this was unacceptable, and that our new class placement would be a wonderful experience. So, I believed her and we continued going.During our next session, I felt anxious about doing my baby's first wet jump (I believe that's what it is called?) where he is just supposed to get his face wet. I asked the instructor if she could demonstrate, and she had absolutely zero confidence on her face...but I figured maybe I was reading her wrong. Unfortunately, my gut was right. She didn't catch him, he fell into the water, and then slipped out of her hands AGAIN when she went under to grab him. Please understand, although he is obviously okay now, this was terrifying for me, and all of my faith in this instructor officially went out the window. In our most recent class, this same instructor spent the ENTIRE time ignoring both babies in the class, and instead was doing TikTok dances with a friend located in the office a few feet from where our lesson was being held. ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY. I understand these instructors are probably friends, and that is great off the clock. On the clock, I am LIVID to be spending our money to watch your instructors do the latest trendy hiphop dances. To Management: I HIGHLY suggest taking your training and supervision much more seriously. Honestly, I would really appreciate a complete refund and to not go back to Emler at all. My husband has to take off of work early to make these classes, and we feel like we are putting in a LOT more than we have gotten back. I am so disappointed.Positives: It's a heated pool and indoors, so you don't have to worry about any outdoor elements. They keep it very clean. The program itself seems REALLY awesome, and I would have loved if we had a responsible teacher to take us through it!

My daughter loves coming to learn how to swim from the great instructors here. The price is doable, and the lessons are 30 minutes each, which is great for littles with less stamina.

The program itself seems REALLY awesome - I just wish we were blessed with an instructor that knew how to teach a class and respect our time.

Great institution, gave my son the confidence to swim and it gave me the relief that he would know what to do in the water. Amazing teachers and staff all very welcoming and helpful! I could not recommend a better swim school! Very respectful with time and accommodating in case you need to miss a class. My sons Teacher A.J was a fantastic teacher! Connected so well with my son. He would even look forward to classes. 10/10

My child has gained so much confidence in the water thanks to Emler swim school. Happy to be a part of the Emler family and looking forward to see how his swim skills continue to improve as he progresses .

Went to a waterbabies orientation class & left disappointed. The instructor was not personable & seemed annoyed with all of the parents. They didn’t seem to evaluate or care what skills the babies had. My baby who had been previously enrolled in another swim school that loves swimming did not enjoy it. Will not be returning.

This place has some of the most caring and dedicated people I have ever met! My kids love going, they love their teachers, and they enjoy the curriculum. We as parents do too. Couldn't be more pleased! We have been there almost a year and a half and do not ever plan to take my kids elsewhere. Too bad there isn't a dedicated swim team!!

So happy to have Ms.Cali teaching our son . He has improved so much on his swimming and breath control. Even though he cries sometimes, she still handles him with so much grace and patience . We are so grateful for her !

Sadly not a fan of the method or the business ethics… we signed our son up for one month only (going out of town after 4 weeks) for $75 and were assured by the enrollment team that we were all set. We arrived for our lesson and were told that we were on auto pay and would be charged again and again. I clarified that we only needed one month, spoke to two people, and was assured that we were all set. After the first lesson we then received an email saying we were dropped from the program for non-payment. I emailed back and called saying it was fine that we were dropped because I thought the teaching method was unsafe (look up ISR method which will tell you how kids have drowned as a result of the jump-in-to-mom method as is taught here), but they told me that when I signed up I should have been told this was a no-refund school, and since I’d already been to a class, I could not receive a refund. I was also told that the enrollment people should have told me that $75 was for two lessons only, not a month. This was not what the enrollment team said. Also, I was never offered a chance to test or see the method, and would not have paid if I knew there was no refund if we didn’t like the method. All around, terrible ethics as a business. Now I need to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Sadly a very poor experience.
