I used this company 3 times already. They always amazing, on time and reasonably priced. They did a great job with the furniture especially the beds the required disassembly and reassembly. The movers were so nice and professional especially Ronny and Jose. I will keep using them that’s for sure.

Great service. They moved us from Dallas to San Antonio. They arrived on time and was very kind and efficient. We eventually had more stuff than agreed upon and they were very fair. I recommend!

Thieves and charlatans. Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!! They stole half of our stuff. They work under several names. They quote you one price, but then increase it exponentially when they are done. Plus, they demanded to use an obscure mobile payment, only. We offered to use everything from cash, check, card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. But NO! They only wanted this one app that I have never even heard of. And until we used this specific app, they held our stuff hostage in their truck. When our bank refused to allow the payment through this app because it was sketchy, Pink Van Lines finally allows us to use a check - 2 hours later!!! We were so tired, we didn't notice that the movers had left without unpacking the other half of the truck. When we contacted them, they said there was nothing left on the truck. They stole so many family memories! The movers also offered to give us a discount if we paid them in cash. But we didn't have cash on hand, so they tripled the price. When we contacted the manager, he told us that they tripled the price because of EXTRA stuff they had to do. What stuff!? We did all the packing. All they did was load, drive, and unload (half the truck!)!These people are monsters! SAVE YOUR MEMORIES, MONEY, AND HEARTACHE!!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not, under any circumstances, book any work with Pink Van Lines. The initial conversations with the sales rep went very smoothly and they offered the lowest quote we could find for a move to another state (out of Texas). Everything that came after was a nightmare.First, the movers were scheduled to come in between 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM - they showed up at 6:30 PM. These movers were rude and clearly did not work directly with the company and were random contractors.Second, we started getting concerned about the date of delivery because they had not called to confirm the day before the scheduled delivery. We called and could not get through to anyone. For about two weeks we were in limbo only receiving email communications from time to time but no confirmation on where our stuff was and when we would receive it.Third, we received a call notifying us of delivery with less than 24 hours of anticipation. We rushed to get a dock appointment in our building for the timeframe they gave us and the delivery team showed up several hours late (thankfully our building was flexible with us).Fourth, when they finally showed up we were told that we owed an extra $300 for a “shuttle fee” and that for them to help carry everything to the apartment they would need to charge us an extra $700. We absolutely could not pay the extra $700 so they asked for $150 instead or they would not give us our stuff.Fifth, boxes were clearly opened in transit and people went through our stuff. Our clothes smelled terrible and things were missing. Several boxes did not make it to us. And the delivery guys, who were probably just random contractors, could not be bothered. Finally, our box spring and bed frame did not make it to us and our mattress, which was in a mattress cover, was a mess. The mattress cover was ripped up and the mattress itself was dirty and damaged. We had to throw that mattress away because it was so disgusting.Do not make our mistake. Do not hire these people under any circumstance.

WHERE TO START.They were supposed to come early in the morning. They showed up around 10:30am. They packed small boxes into wardrobe boxes without our permission then charged us $500 for "materials" that we did not ask for or need in order to "make it right" at the warehouse (aka extortion). It was $3,000 more than we were quoted. THE DRIVER LEFT HIS CREW SITING IN OUR DRIVEWAY FOR FOUR HOURS WAITING IN THE TEXAS SUN while he was on another job with the truck. There was no word of where our things were for two weeks, then we got less than 24 hours notice that our things would arrive. Once everything was on the truck, the attitude from the rep I had been working with clearly changed to "yeah yeah yeah, we'll get to you." She had previously said they had never had anything broken, or had claims filed against them...Y'ALL. READ ON.When the truck arrived, I'd say about 30% of our boxes were irretrievably damaged and won't hold up moving into our new space. Many things are broken, including an entire set of Wedgewood china (clearly fragile items literally thrown on top of a stack), an expensive chest that was built for my by my grandfather, who is dead. All four feet from that chest are...god knows where. Not in the truck, that's for sure. OH, and that chest had the ashes of a beloved pet, WHICH ARE MISSING.The blatant disregard for us, our belongings, and their work is truly unbelievable. Fragile and light items were crushed under heavy. Furniture ruined. We are filing claims to their insurance, our own insurance, complaining to the better business bureau, and filing a complaint with the FMCSA.DO NOT USE PINK VAN LINES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Please see attached photos. I've got more receipts and am happy to share.

Pink movers were supposed to arrive between 8am and noon. They arrived at 4pm.Pink was supposed to “direct load” into an 18wheeler per our agreement. They loaded into storage.Pink was supposed to deliver within six days per our agreement. They delivered 16 days later.Pink said our belongings took 26 feet of cargo room and charged us extra. The truck driver measured 22 feet. The truck driver witnessed Pink THROWING OUR BELONGINGS into the truck.EVERYTHING ARRIVED DAMAGED.SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING.Do not under any circumstance use Pink Van Lines.

We hired for a cross country move that was supposed to take 10 days maximum. It ended up taking over two months. They charged us more money to get out stuff delivered and I felt like we were being absolutely scammed. I gave up hope that we would get anything ever. We were missing some things when they delivered. It was a good thing that I printed out the contract because when they said that we hadn't paid a transfer fee to a smaller truck I was able to pull out my hard copy. You can't look it up online after the move starts. Awful, stressful experience. Would not recommend.

I initially was very impressed with the responsiveness of the company - during the sales process. Responses were non-existing once the move began. I left voicemails, emails and text messages - only to be ignored. Negatives also include being a day late to pick up and changing the payment arrangements at the last moment. They also tried to charge an additional charge for a shuttle - I had to send a picture of another 18 wheeler in the parking lot to get it done - once again, the office did not pick up the phone with that either. On the positive side, the movers on both sides were proficient, polite and hard working.

Can I not give a star? We hired this company to move my 1371 sq ft home in Tx to Ok. I hired them to help pack and move. They came to my home throwing everything into boxes with no care of what room things were in. The boxes were not marked nor did they do an inventory list. 5 guys came to my home in TX, I did not have a whole lot of cash on me so I gave them $20 each. They left my home not giving me time to make sure everything was packed. It was not, they did not pack the pantry. They needed the truck for another job so they took our property to the warehouse and unpacked it. They then loaded it back up a few days later. To my understanding it was supposed to come directly to OK. It did not, obviously. The first truck showed up at 9pm and was here until 2 am. It was unloaded and brought into my garage and dropped off. We were then told what we wanted moved into the house to tell the guys the next day and they would move it. The second truck came at 9 am and was here until 2pm. They were in a hurry and told me they did not touch the property already moved in. The mover was one of the ones who loaded the truck. He made sexual innuendos towards me and then tells me "And we EXPECT a bigger tip than $20." They brought in the stuff dumping half of the stuff in the garage and half into the sunroom. Our property was broken including antique furniture, 80 lb rose quartz and crystalware. Boxes are missing. There are a couple of boxes of cleaning supplies and laundry products are gone. Now I am having to replace things out of our pockets. This company does not care about your property. They are rude, lazy, careless and only after the money. This company made my move a lot more stressful than it needed to be. DO NOT hire them unless you like crying.
