“Black girl at the counter on 3/18/23 around noon was very pleasant. So was the young white guy who was there when I walked in but by the time I finished browsing she was the one who checked me out and you could tell she was happy to be there. C-stores/retail are often the primary way we interact with each other anymore so it’s nice to be greeted with a genuine smile. She made sure to check for correct pricing on one of my items without being asked (I saw many reviews about incorrect pricing so it’s worth a mention). Store was clean also despite being pretty busy this time of day.”

“Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. “My entire family recently visited Target Optical to get our eyes checked, and we had an exceptional experience!

The receptionist NATALIA was incredible, shaving so much time off our visit by efficiently guiding us to pick frames right after seeing the OPTOMETRIST Dr. Truong. Her reassurance and attentiveness made the process seamless and stress-free.

Richard was fantastic, assisting each of us individually with the many frame choices and ensuring we found the perfect fit. His genuine kindness and attention to detail were exactly what we needed.

The entire team, Dr. Truong, Natalia, Vi, Richard, and Kron, provided outstanding customer service. We chose to spend our hard-earned money at Target, and they did not disappoint! The level of care, cost, and overall experience were excellent. We had an amazing time, and it was much easier than I expected. Plus, we already have our glasses! Fast, friendly, and so much fun! “There are a handful of times that I can say I've received attention to detail from end to end with a focus on a result and not the sale attempt. This is one of those times.David and his team were always responsive at all times and their goal was to make sure you had something that you were happy with and ultimately made sense and was thought out. I wish all companies were this way.There are competitors in the area (that I paid good money to before working with TA) that just slam something in, dont give any damn, and walk away. “It's a decent store, not as nice as some but better than others. I am a little weirded out by the loss prevention guy with curly hair that follows me all the time.... I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I don't steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! “My son ran into the store in THE COLONY to make some changes to his acct. And had the pleasure of meeting Craig. (Who just got out of training 1st day on the floor) and my son was Amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable Craig was! Knowing my local stores (Odessa Tx) were not so helpful.. he told me to call Craig at his store. I contacted Craig the next day. . He took the time to go through my plan and helped me not only LOWER MY BILL but he also upgraded my phone. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received! “My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. “Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. The person in the store refused to honor the company guideline so we are having to speak with upper management to try to fix. Haden at flower mound is not a person anyone would want to deal with, my wife and granddaughter were extremely upset from their speaking with her.
The manager of the flower mound store reached out and corrected the problem and fixed it.”

“I recently went to the store in The Colony. I met a young man named Ashton, who was working and I had an issue with my phone. I was not receiving data. I was having trouble using it to navigate because I also work for doordash and using my data. I eventually ran out of data. Ashton helped me fix my data issue. He spent a lot of time to figure it out and he didn't give up. He solved that first issue for me. My other issue that I had is that he told me I was eligible to upgrade to the $40/month deal to receive more data. It only would cost $2 and some change to to get it activated right away. Sadly, I had no money to upgrade to the $40 package about having 10 GB of data but I could not get to it because I needed to find $2. To my unfortunate luck, I did not even have change. I had overdrafted on my account, and I also needed gas money. I was not able to use my debit card either. I was stuck. Seeing how I was struggling and how necessary it was for me to upgrade, he told me to hang on for a second. He looked into wallet to see what he had. Then come he went to his car to see if he had some change. He also didn't have any. Then, he called his friend and asked him to then know him like three dollars. After he did that he was able to basically pay for me to get the upgrade. He was a lifesaver and he did whatever he felt was necessary to take care of me and I truly appreciate his care generosity. I need to return to the store to pay him back but I just want to cricket to know that he deserves a raise or he deserves recognition because he was selfless. He went up up and beyond to provide amazing customer service and compassion so if you guys see Ashton know that you will be in good hands. He represented the company very well. The company itself was a little misleading when I actually signed up, because I was told a different rate and that if I stick with auto pay I would only have to pay $25 a month. In the attitude saying that it would lock me in at that rate. Then, I was charged $30 and said that is the monthly rate. The $25 was only going to apply for the first month but it was not going to continue. No it's only a $5 difference but it's the principle of it how you lure someone in believing a certain price when advertised as such. In 1A call to complain about that, they said some excuse and I had to continue paying the $30. Considering that I was at a point where I couldn't even find $2, it was a big deal.That's not what the add said. I was disappointed in that. Anyways, I just wanted to acknowledge and give my shout out to Ashton because he is what made the customer service experience of five star service. It's because of him I upgraded and it's because of him I was able to earn something for myself that night and get gas to pay my other bill. It's because of him I will stick around with cricket and stick with the updgrade. He should be thanked and acknowledged. I also owe him lunch or something.”

“We came in today right at open , Daniel was our sales representative and did an incredible job with my parents. We had a ton of questions about deals and different options and walked out with 2 new iPhones, a watch and an iPad . He was patient and ended up haloing us for around 3.5 hours.
