Don't bother going by the hours they advertise the pharmacy as being open because it seems like they're NEVER open. They advertise 11-6 on Sunday, but were closed when I tried going through at 1:55. It seems like 90% of the time I try picking g up an rx, they're closed during their advertised "open" hours.

I purchased an expired item here. Came back for a return and the employee couldn't help.
It is worth noting they were very understaffed.
Perhaps there was a mistake made by management?
I would be happy to hear about it.

The staff at the CVS in Oak Point are always helpful and friendly. Even when I wanted to update my email they were willing to take the time to assist me.

I went to pick up all ready prescriptions at the end of July. I came home and thought it was weird that one prescription wasn't ready yet. I waited thinking my timing must have been off. I called them today and asked about it. They told me they put it back yesterday after I failed to come pick it up. I was literally there picking up my meds a little over a week ago. They just didn't grab it for me at the time. I just checked my texts and I never got any notifications about that medication. Incredibly frustrating.

Ridiculous pharmacy hours. 10am till lunch 1pm until 2pm. Then close at9pm. Inn65 yrs never seen pharmacy with such stupid service hours. Staff moved at a crawl, do not care about customers needs or well being.

Probably the most disrespectful group of workers I’ve ever met in the pharmacy department. The front of house is awesome. The man up front even consoled me when I was walking out sobbing. My psychiatrist sent an order in for my medication on 26th of February and I went in on March 4 to get it and they said they still didn’t have it and needed prior authorization, I asked my doctor to fill that out and he said they hadn’t sent it to him. 10 minutes after I walked out, they finally sent it to him so it was their fault from the start. They never apologized, just blamed me and my doctor. Other than being blatantly disrespectful, they also watched as a crackhead harassed me for 30 minutes in the pickup line and when I was pleading for help with my eyes the woman in front of me rolled hers. This sent me into a spiral bc when I’m mad or upset I cry and they couldn’t be bothered. I will never go here again and I’m changing where I get my meds refilled. Maybe they need less on their plate, I’ll gladly remove myself.

The pharmacy is always “busy” waited on hold 3 times at over 8 minutes each, got hung up on twice to be told that my prescription that was supposed to be to be ready at 1230(1255 now)now won’t be ready until later in the afternoon/evening. This happens every time I need a prescription filled at this location. Update: get a text that my prescription is ready, drive up there and the whole pharmacy is closed.
