Probably the most disrespectful group of workers I’ve ever met in the pharmacy department. The front of house is awesome. The man up front even consoled me when I was walking out sobbing. My psychiatrist sent an order in for my medication on 26th of February and I went in on March 4 to get it and they said they still didn’t have it and needed prior authorization, I asked my doctor to fill that out and he said they hadn’t sent it to him. 10 minutes after I walked out, they finally sent it to him so it was their fault from the start. They never apologized, just blamed me and my doctor. Other than being blatantly disrespectful, they also watched as a crackhead harassed me for 30 minutes in the pickup line and when I was pleading for help with my eyes the woman in front of me rolled hers. This sent me into a spiral bc when I’m mad or upset I cry and they couldn’t be bothered. I will never go here again and I’m changing where I get my meds refilled. Maybe they need less on their plate, I’ll gladly remove myself.

The pharmacy is always “busy” waited on hold 3 times at over 8 minutes each, got hung up on twice to be told that my prescription that was supposed to be to be ready at 1230(1255 now)now won’t be ready until later in the afternoon/evening. This happens every time I need a prescription filled at this location. Update: get a text that my prescription is ready, drive up there and the whole pharmacy is closed.

I consistently have good customer service at this location in Oak Point.However, I must give a shout out to Matt. He greets me at the door,asks what I need,findsit for me and then scans it find me the best deal.Thank you!

Went to refill a medication as instructed on my prescription by 9/11/23, and was told by this pharmacy, I was too early to get a refill on 9/11/23 and would need to wait until 9/15/23. So I waited and recalled in the refill on 9/15/23 as they had instructed. Only to then be told by Shelby Birtha their pharmacy manager that the prescription had now expired and they would not refill it. The entire pharmacy staff me and my family dealt with was rude, uncaring and Ms Births actually hung up on me when I asked them to remove me from their system. This is the exact reason patient’s hate going to medical facilities and pharmacies that are suppose to be caring and concerned. I am a physician and they treated me this way. I cannot imagine how she treats the general Public. Awful care. We will not being using their services ever again.

Nice clean store. You never really see people because everyone has to check themselves out. Some of the people I have actually spoken to, that work there, are very nice… but a couple of the ones who weren’t, are no longer there.

I recently switched from the CVS in Celina because the Celina store is much closer to my home, but I needed a new place to fill my prescriptions. I could no longer deal with the Celina store because they were literally impossible to work with and the staff are absolutely the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever encountered in my life.Oak Point has been nothing but polite, communicative, provided personal phone calls with updates on my medication order. Even though the other store is closer to me, I’m very happy to drive the extra miles to go to Oak Point. 5/5 stars. They are awesome and I’m so glad I found them. I appreciate all you do, Oak Point. Please everyone know that there are ginormous differences between CVS locations. Oak Point is the best of the best. I’m so happy they are there!Signed humbly with gratitude,Your newest costumer.

Check Expiration dates of items before you buy!! Twice I have picked up meds that were expiring in next month.
