I went to pick up a prescription after just leaving the hospital and didn’t realize how close to closing time it was. Clifford entered my insurance information very quickly and Sam went above and beyond to fill my prescription for me. I have had issues with other CVS locations in the past, but I would highly recommend this location. They were very kind and very concerned about their customer service. It’s refreshing to see these individuals concerned about their customers. Thank you again Sam and Clifford for being on top of your game.

Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes and when I get to the window they said you have to come in to run good RX since it’ll take a long time. I asked her to check my phone to see if I e entered it correctly she brings the pharmacist and he said I can’t hold the line and to come in. I go in, to realize it was the wrong dosage and I went in for no reason. I said why didn’t she check so that I don’t park and come in and he says “calm down” . Extremely rude pharmacist instead of apologizing he tells me to calm down!!!!!! Moving all mine and my husbands medications somewhere else! Also, they now have a voicemail system since the pharmacy doesn’t pickup anymore and left 3 messages about the wrong prescription being filled and never got a call back.

No point in calling, you won’t speak with a person, which is a fact at all CVS locations I’ve used in the Dallas area. They change manufactures often on an important medication of mine, Adderall, therefore, my medication is not always effective. Right now my anxiety is high because a different generic was used. The competitor is more reliable, they answer the phone, you don’t wait in line for 30 minutes, and they don’t change manufacturers.
