*Updated to add* I called the number listed to cancel my membership and explained my paint got removed from my bumper getting scratched. The representative didn't even acknowledge why I was canceling or what had happened. He just said I would receive an email showing my membership was cancelled. I've lowered from 2 stars to 1 because the customer service sucks.
The car wash itself does well at cleaning the car. I do like the vacuums and the cleaning supplies, however...
I just went through the car wash to give it a nice clean to sit in the garage for the week and when I went to dry my car off, noticed my back bumper had damage it didn't previously have. I actually took a picture of my car randomly to send someone the other day of the back of my car and this damage wasn't there. The damage is on the passenger side of my bumper. My car is garage kept and immaculate in condition because I work from home and rarely drive. I haven't driven my car since I took the picture of my car to even have to guess on where the damage came from. I'll be canceling my unlimited membership and not using this business again.

The wash was pretty good, but could do a bit better on bug removal. As I entered the wash, the employ only sprayed the front and drivers side, did not get the passenger side. THe cleaning supplies and continued supply of microfiber towels in the vacuum area was great!!

Haven’t lived in Texas since March and they still charge my card every month and you can never get a hold of anyone to cancel it absolute rip off doesn’t even clean your truck when you go through 2 times never go here

I cancelled my unlimited pass in September 23 and this June 24 and it's still coming out of my bank account

Not impressed with this car wash. The brushes are extremely aggressive. Following the instructions to retract my mirrors on my Toyota Highlander, the brushes still grab each mirror and bend (more like slam) them back and forth from hyper extended to retracted. I am sure more than a few have been broken off.
Despite the aggressive brushes, some areas seem untouched at all, especially the front bumper and below knee height on the sides.
I have also seen scratches appear in the paint after washing.
To make matters worse, after canceling my subscription, they have been texting me unsolicited spam.
Honestly the touch free one next door does a much better (and safer) job.

I have a hard time recommending this car wash. Attendant became rude after I declined to purchase their monthly membership. Plus, the most expensive wash didn’t even clean my truck very well.

After your car wash you can detail your car with provided microfiber towels and spray bottles filled with tire cleaner, interior and exterior cleaners.

Dude...! Free vacuums, use as long as you'd like! (Technically, as long as they're open, that is.)
Immediately became my favorite carwash, regardless of whether or not they have personal carwash stalls.

Beware of this Car Wash!! I took my car through the wash and a brush got caught in the seam of the chasey near the bumper and pulled that side panel of the car out. I have filed a claim. They send me a we are sorry notice. I sent in the bill. Not getting any response. This is a 2 billion dollar business owned by Danny White and Chris Erikson. They are perfectly capable of taking care of damages done by their machinery

Honestly, the fellow who was there at service selection point seemed disinterested and a bit abrasive. The wash was no better than other similar places, and the vacuuming area was small and lacking.

My wife and I drove her Mercedes through the car wash. When we got home she walked around the car and noticed the front bumper was missing a factory cover that is reset into the bumper. We immediately went back to the car wash and the video showed the part on the car as we pulled in and missing when we left. The manager walked through the car wash found the part gave it to me and filed the claim. To day we were told since the car is over 10 years old they will not fix it.
I would like to say after checking other car washes the 10 year rule is better than most car washes in the area. I wish they had of taken care of the issue but now I have a better understanding. I’m changing my rating to a 4 sometimes we run off emotion.

Sunday, I get it's busy but the place is overflowing. Every vacuum stall occupied with lines in two places at once.
Down to one star, I'll get a different membership this month.
Let me tell you what. Every time I come here, it's closed or out of order. What's the monthly charge for if you can't access it during normal business hours, when you need it? So I'm looking for another place. I couldn't give any fewer shifts if it's technically free for me.
