Well this place has really taken a turn for the worse. They have limited their shipping. They no longer accept fedex if you have an account already. You have to pay. They no longer have FedEx slips for shipping either. Hopefully another place will open soon. Too bad, this place used to be descent.

Failed at correctly sending certified mail for something I needed sent timely and with verification, and could have thousands of dollars of impact. Also didn’t even have standard manila envelopes. Please either train your staff or get staff that know how to perform your advertised services, and stock basic items.

Useless store with always short staff. They keep the packages and dont post. Theres hardly one person in the store at any point and wont return the calls or voice mails. Avoid as much as possible. Horrible experience.

Clean shop, friendly staff. Fast service. I will be changing my shop ups store fedex Kinkos going forward to this shop. In and out and the prices are way better than the above mentioned. Highly recommended.

The first time we took something here to ship, they refused it because it was designated as medical and said we had to take it to a FedEx location. Fine. Yesterday, I drug a huge box from the car to the counter and the clerk said their computers were down, I would have to bring it back later. I’m not sure we will try for a third time.

Company supposedly partners with ups for free pickup, they decide that they will still charge you to pick up your package even though it's free. Beware shady store.
