They have the best Dr. Pepper... however, it is broken , more times than not.. either too much syrup and no carbonation, or all carbonation and no syrup.. and none of the staff ever care or try to fix it while you wait.
Please make sure the Dr. Pepper and other sodas work properly, that is literally your job! And if they aren't, and someone let's you know, go to the back and fix it.. it takes less than a minute or 2.

Northlake 35w and 114 location pumps are constantly broken. The 4 pumps they have for e85 especially. Getting 10 gallons take 30 minutes it pumps so slow. When you alert the staff they blow it off. Being the only e85 station for miles makes this incredibly frustrating. This has been an ongoing issue for months and months.

Nice place, looks a little outdated. If you need that last little thing for the house and don't want to drive all the way to Walmart Circle K is the spot to go, but beware the convenience of them having it is going to cost you, the prices are very high. Easy access on and off of Highway 114 & and Interstate 35. You can also buy gasoline here and they have bathrooms.

2nd star only for the decent ev charging stations out front. No creamer for the coffees. No hot food in the racks. I bought 2 refrigerated sandwiches. The signs inside say "We'll heat them for you" When I asked about it, the employee inside pointed at a microwave. He said he didn't know how long to cook them for. No instructions on the food. The employee was watching videos on his phone while eating a bag of chips behind the counter. It's clean inside, but I think the store is trying to run with only 1 employee.

It says it's open 24hrs but it's not. I live nearby and I used to stop there on my way to work between 400am and 430am. The guy in there is always asleep and has the doors locked. I tried to go there today1-26-2024 at 400am, he had it locked up this is 3 times this week .

Be aware that this Valero consistently lists the wrong prices. What is on the pump? It’s not reflected in any kind of gas app or online. The manager of this location Guerro intentionally post the wrong prices to drive people to his store.
