This is primarily a meat market which is pretty cool for the area however it's all frozen products not fresh. They also have a variety of other items but little to nothing fresh. It is clean and the employees are very nice, and the meat I did buy was pretty good.

Are you looking for beef bones? They have some although unfortunately there not grass fed so you won't get the gelatin and protein that I'm looking for. They do have a huge selection of meats galore. Friendly staff.
