I don’t appreciate the attitude from the crusty lady at the counter after I was let to stand there with an alarm going off for approximately 7 minutes. Worst customer service ever. I’ll never return.

Absolutely terrible service by pharmacy staff, specifically Lijy. Staff is incapable of thinking about a situation from their customers point of view and “Walgreens” is unable to work together between pharmacies to help get a prescription filled. Completely ridiculous and would advise against ever dealing with this pharmacy.

had a bad experience was charged 40 something dollars for no reason I paid 6 for meds my insurance covered most I called pharmacy a rude lady answered I had receipt and proof on bank statement she was like that’s no possible she thought it was funny I asked her why she laughing she said because I told you it’s not possible I told her it is there f mistake and it’s not funny she hung up the situation is sketchy she very rude and unprofessional won’t be using this location anymore hope I get my money back don’t even know if it’s worth talking to manger after the treatment I got at this location not looking to fight just want my money back would not be surprised if she used my card for personal use and was treating me like I am stupid just gonna have to report to bank

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They act like idiots and there always out of stock. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy.

I have used this pharmacy two times in the past month and they are 2 for 2 for being awesome! They are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!

I am severely disappointed with Walgreens. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 3 days. First, I was told it was discontinued, which now I suspect was another lie, then for the last two days I was told I needed prior authorization from my doctor. My doctor sent me a screenshot from my insurance stating that prior authorization is not required so I called Walgreens again and the representative tells me she has no way of being able to see a screenshot that I need to call my insurance. I called my insurance company and am told that the prescription has already been processed and approved. My insurance representative was kind enough to call Walgreens to see why the prescription is not being filled while I was holding on the other line. He came back to tell me the issue is not a prior authorization, but that Walgreens doesn’t have the full prescription. Instead of telling me the truth Walgreens has had me and my doctor jumping through hoops for the last three days. This is totally unacceptable. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Came to pharmacy to see if I could get a flu shot, they were not busy, laughing talking amongst each other. Was told by appointment only, said I would go somewhere else, not meaning anything offensive, guy responded just as well! Wow! Ok, not appropriate. They have had very receptive people in past but not anymore. Got my flu shot at Kroger, they fill my prescriptions, always a positive experience.

Calling and going through their pharmacy's voice prompts gives completely different status from when you go to the store. Calling and taking to the pharmacy gives a 3rd status. Systems are broken and not taking to one another. If your prescription is not ready they make you get back in the drive thru line and they help everyone else behind you next. No point in lining up taking turns or having your prescriptions called in.

Georgia at the pharmacy is the reason I use Walgreens over other pharmacies! She's on top of things and she even remembers people knowing if they've not been around lately. She was so kind and even asked how my father was doing when I picked up his meds! ***she deserves a raise Walgreens *** ;)

Walgreens can provide you with most anything you need, even when in a hurry or on the way out of town for those necessary personal care items needed (including that Hair Dye to touch-up your grays for the impending Family photos!).Even a quick "gift" that's needed for the birthday party you discover you're attending while on the trip, along with the necessary card, wrapping paper and Tape to complete.. always remember the tape.Finally, Munchies & drinks for the road trip (lots of Candy bars for me) and even coloring books & other toys to entertain the bored, often whiney kids stuck in the back seat for hours...the "whiney" adults are driving!!

This place is an absolute *S* show! There is a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME! From orders not ready when they say they are, medications out of stock, delays with billing, discrepancies in stories from one tech to the next etc. They cite different rules and policies each time depending on their moods and willingness to go the extra mile. Don’t dare walk in a few mins before lunch time or they’ll act like you’re the worst thing on earth for needing your prescriptions. It’s gone on long enough. Moving to another pharmacy.

I just waited on hold for 25 minutes, 28 seconds to talk to a pharmacy tech or the pharmacist. The results...I heard the hold recording say, "We're sorry, all of our staff are assisting other customers. We'll be with you shortly. There are __ calls ahead of you." a total of 49 times. Then they hung up on me. Walgreens will be receiving an invoice for my time. Stefano Pessina won't take my call, therefore exponentially increasing my billable time while establishing dialogue with Walgreens Boots Alliance accounts payable department. I expect a credit north of $35,000 before we're done. I'd rather be fishing.

Bought batteries for remotes and they were dead. Took back the next day and was treated as though I was a criminal.
