staff is nice but they consistently mess up my refills and i can always count on something going wrong when trying to get my prescriptions filled there

No matter the time of day, or day it's always 20 people deep in the pharmacy. Just had a prescription for z pack. Literally it comes prepackaged! You print a label stick it and bag it. 4 hours after the dr sent the script and then waiting 30 mins for the line of people to be told we are still working on give us 20 mins. What exactly do you need to do? It's prepackaged! Used to only get my scripts here because it was fast and 24. I'll go elsewhere from now on!

I wish if there was no stars option ! This location is horrible, the staff are so rude and not welling to help at all they are absolutely very impatient and unprofessional. The pharmacy personnel who handle phone calls’ main goal is to end the call as fast as possible and SURE they don’t care for even a tiny bit for the patient on the other side.

I made an order for business cards online and received an email that my card order was ready for pickup. Not only did I get to the store several hours later to find the cards weren’t actually ready, they weren’t packed up and they were cut very unevenly. The cards are meant to be a dark grey/black and they had white parts all around them like they cut in a hurry. When the manager comes over to take a look at all the unevenly cut cards he says “our cutter isn’t any good” and proceeds to tell me he can just cancel the order and I can reorder them at the Walgreens on Rufe Snow “because they do more business cards than this location does”. I’m not a complainer and I understand mistakes happen however, the vibe I got from this encounter was more like “yeah our cutter sucks, oh well try another Walgreens”. I’ve been a customer at this Walgreens for the last 5 years and this was really disappointing.

This store rarely completes something right or on time. I needed a vaccine for a child and they let me come 4 times and still cannot get it. 1st time they need prescription but they didn't inform even though i have appointment, 2nd time no stock... at least call us to tell no stock available, referred to another location but no stock for Pediatric, also didn't inform us until we went there, 4th time to another location and cannot retrieve the prescription from this store. Now i need to request a new prescription and see.

They never have our prescription in stock. We continually are told by pharmacy staff to look elsewhere to fill our prescriptions.
