We had a great experience at this location! Shazia was extremely helpful. We transferred from a different provider and she worked with us through trade-in’s and transferring data and starting a home internet plan. Definitely recommend coming to this location.

The Verizon guy didn’t seem like one of those pushy salespeople that knock on your door he was a pretty chill dude he explained everything (plan,offers,bills) perfectly and I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions

Alan has been so helpful with my very many questions regarding my two Samsung phones. He knows the needed info to solve all my problems! He's always kind and patient even when explaining and showing again how to use the phone.

The only employee immediately badgered me to sell me a phone when all I ask for was to use the restroom first, then when I got back to my friend he was already helping another client no thank God buy nothing.He also claimed not to have a phone model I ask for till the 11th, when I could go right over to the local Best Buy and purchase the same ,$1000 one that very day!!I am probably cancelling my Verizon service of 5 years because of this unprofessional behavior from two stores only a few miles apart.

Wow! We have been Verizon customers for twenty years and have found a "gem" locally for all your Verizon needs!!The store located at 6238 Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills have the best customer service of any Verizon store! From the moment we entered the store, Stephen and Giri welcomed us and spent more time with great patience helping us with our new phones. We highly recommend this Verizon store. Phenomenal customer service, great knowledge.
