I visited this location to get a PO Box, it was clean the clerks were friendly. The only issue I have is the line was long, the other clerk opened a register eventually still it was a nice visit.

Manager is always asleep in office, sketchy driver. Items took from package box and just left in my apartment mailbox. I have the package but tracker says unable to deliver , and still out for delivery. For over 2 weeks .. I’ve lost a lot of money dealing with them

The kiosk gave me 5 instead of 6 stamps. When I went to talk to an employee at the desk there was a line of maybe 8 people and 0 workers. I waited for a few minutes and since there was no sign of life back there I just left.

Very helpful! Have had a long standing issue (not w/this postal place but w/another city) with mail of a single person I've never known coming to my apt. I moved to NRH and the guys mail followed. Brought it up to the NRH postal service place to try and get this resolved.
The lady at the desk was so nice and attentive to my situation. She even went to the back to find my actual postal carrier so we could all get this solved.
Everyone here was so nice and helpful.
I understand this place apparently has a bad rep and low google score. However people have bad days and shouldn't be judged based off those days alone.
The public needs to start cutting public service workers some slack. They are in fact people just like you and I and shouldn't be used like a sideshow attractions to boost people's YouTube ratings.

I’m not exactly sure how the front desk workers here are still working. None of them are absolutely zero help. When I was asking my questions in a soft tone and politely the short lady with the short black hair and the nose piercing was yelling with their replies. Her excuse was ‘she talks loud.’ The first lady that was helping me just walked away after I asked my second question. Maybe she didn’t want to answer my questions or she just didn’t know what she was doing. Individuals work like they seem to hate their lives. If this was not my designated USPS, I would stay far away from these two incredibly sorry workers. Still can’t believe she was yelling at me.

Horrific service, in the last 5 weeks I have watched our letter carrier drive past our mail box with the flag raised for outgoing mail pick up a total of 16 times, 7 times he has simply not delivered mail that the app said was to be delivered, pathetic laziness.

The woman at the desk was so intensely rude. I had a small plastic package I was returning and was having a pretty great day until I ran into her. The gentleman in front of me had a box he needed taped and she gladly taped the whole thing for him. She was still rude to him however, with a short with a stank attitude… I got to her with my package and she said you need to purchase tape to close that up. I said I’m so sorry is there any way you can put a piece of tape across this to close it? I didn’t have any at home. “No you’ll have to purchase for $4 on the back wall” I then told her .. you just taped up the gentleman’s box just ahead of me. She started stuttering (because clearly she was showing preferential treatment and said ma’am I’m not gonna use my whole roll on your package (it was a pair of jeans in a plastic bag so 6” of tape would have worked) If this was truly a policy I would understand but her rude disgusting attitude was terrible. Her customer service was worthless and when I asked for supervisor name and number she repeatedly declined. She said you can go knock on that door over there and see if he answers. Not until I was adamant that I wasn’t leaving without it and she gave me just a name and said she “didn’t know his phone number or email”
Rude, worthless, tactless and I should have gone to my usual place with kind faces and cool demeanors in Euless. This woman needs to work at McDonald’s behind the speaker so she doesn’t just wreck customer’s days for no reason! I’m sorry I’m not the hot guy in front of me… but treat everyone the same with kindness and dignity. Is that such a difficult ask????

If i could i would give 0 freaking stars!!! This place needs to be shut down due to the employees! They won’t help at all and are super rude for no reason ! Especially the white pale girl with black hair , if you don’t like your job then quit! I rarely write reviews but this is unacceptable, please don’t go here at all !!!!!! I came by last week and they gave me an attitude! I work in customer service and it’s not hard to be nice!

Went into the office to pickup a package and lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and was rolling her eyes while yelling because I didn’t run as soon as possible to get to the counter.

I'm sitting on my street at 7:13 PM on a Saturday I seen the postman. He said that he was running behind. He said he would be down shortly and he literally skipped our whole block and I'm waiting on my paycheck. He is the worst possible mailman ever I will be filing a complaint, these Postal Service workers need to be fired if they cannot do their job

I have had horrible experiences for years with this particular Post Office. The clerk this morning was particularly mean spirited, rude and obstinate in how wrong her nasty attitude and nasty words are. They can not get anything right and could not care less! I work for USPS, too, which makes it worse!

Horrible experience at the post office when you have an employee clerk#8 which the post office should put the clerk name on the receipt if they want you to do a review but any way I need a piece of tape to put on my package and she told me she would charge me $3 for a piece of tape but I had told her I was there last time and the was a roll of tape that another customer had used that was on the table and that I used. She said that's considered stealing. I had no problem for paying the extra money but I was shocked for her accused me of stealing. She is very unprofessional, rude and super slow especially she was the only worker working. I don't think she should be working with the public.

Unprofessional workers
