“I would highly recommend the Euless Life Storage/Extra Space Storage facility. Yes it might be on the older side but it's well taken care of and you're just storing stuff anyway! They do have climate controlled units, which I would highly recommend seeing as it gets extremely hot in the summer and the heat will ruin everything! Plus they have the best manager, Steve, who truly values you as a customer and does whatever necessary to keep your business! Loyalty matters and it feels good to be appreciated by a business! Kudos to Steve & Life Storage, where you, the customer, matter!”

“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!”

“Sometimes, rentals go without a hitch. And then there are other times when everything goes wrong. In 24 hours, I went from getting into a fender bender to temporarily losing the truck keys. It was a really stressful situation that could've been made worse, but Cornelius, Bryson, and Don treated me with kindness, patience, and understanding. They did everything to make me feel like I wasn't the worst customer ever. I truly could not be more appreciative of Enterprise and the team at this location. Thank you!”

Customer service the day of pick up was excellent (I think her name was Christina or Christine) she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the correct miles and equipment for our move. Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. Moving is stressful enough especially in this Texas heat? but thank you Christine/Christina for making this a positive experience.”

“First I have to say I am not sure how this location has even 1 bad review! I come to my unit at least twice a week and many times more through out the month and the people here are always fantastic! The manager is so nice and helpful and he literally goes out of his way to help! The guy inside I wish I could remember his name ??♀️ I will get it an update this review. He is the most kindest person ever! A real sweet heart! I have yet to have a bad visit! I have dealt with many other uhauls and this is is by far the best! I do know things happen and things don't go our way as customers but as far as the people that work here I can not believe the reviews that are here because I have seen otherwise and on many occasions. Keep up the great customer service to everyone who works here!”
