Lived here now 10 years,pay on time every month,latest management wont do anything , to get things fixed you have to jump through hoops to get anyone to fix it, and blame you for breaking things if it was installed incorrectly(cabinet),mold in ac they say mildew amd use kills spray primer to cover it up ,sheet rock and bathroom still a mess from dripping ac ,shower valve and ac problems for over 6 months ,still have issues , had work orders for them and maintenance closed them mulitple times and didnt complete work, go to office to complain and now make new policies so you cant go in office to complain ,have to email Would not recommend living here

Eric Heddin, the maintenance man at The Hills at Ironhorse apartments, deserves nothing short of a 5-star review. From my interactions with him, I have experienced exceptional service and professionalism.On several occasions, I have reached out to Eric for various maintenance requests in my apartment, and every time he has displayed a high level of expertise and efficiency. Not only does Eric have a deep understanding of his trade, but he is also quick to identify and resolve any issues that arise.One specific instance that truly impressed me was when I had a plumbing problem in my kitchen. I called the apartment office, and Eric promptly arrived at my door with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. He listened attentively to my explanation of the issue, carefully examined the problem, and wasted no time in fixing it. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges, Eric remained calm and composed, demonstrating his skill and determination to provide a lasting solution.What sets Eric apart is his dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that repairs are not only completed promptly but also to the highest standard. From my observation, he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. It's evident that he takes his role seriously and treats every task with utmost professionalism and attention to detail.Not only is Eric highly competent in his technical abilities, but he also possesses great interpersonal skills. He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have. We were here for a long time and now they are getting terrible. They have had car thefts, but for some reason the priority is being put on parking spaces not the actual crime. My vents have mold in them, which they deny, even though I know for a fact it is mold. We recently started to see roaches which we had to buy our own baits. Many light switches do not work. The rooms have no internal lights so we have to use lamps all over. The only ceiing fan is in the so called dining area, but we have to use that as a cupboard becasur there is not actual pantry area. This new management is trying to make these apartments like the new ones around here, but the only way that will happen is to tear them down and start over. I had high hopes for the new management but it was a let down.

Don’t be fooled by the model home, this place is roach infested. The apt they tried to have me sign a lease for need major repairs; the a/c wasn’t working the water wasn’t running in the master bathroom. There was trash littler all around the trash area.

Shady rental practice, moved in at the end of December and was led to believe that management was staying in place at time of original payment being made.Upon arrival of move in date, discovered management had changed hands, and only a third of the original move in agreement from last management would be honored. Slapped with first month's rent, right away, instead of being able to make payments towards the rent with full balance due by the date of arrival.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, RENT IS TOO HIGH AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

this is my 5th lease i like location to my work and shopping even neighbors BUT asked for carpet cleaning upon my renewing wich is commonplace had it scheduled for yesterday they were (NO CALL NO SHOW!!!) And no one would even had known or cared unless I told THEM!!! they came today and my carpet very wet...DINT EVEN TURN ON THE 1 CEILING FAN I HAVE IN APT. AND today is my birthday why I scheduled yesterday I have company coming in called to see if they could come back maybe help dry it bit faster was told they couldn't this latest newest round of management they are poor quality miss the old management never had these problems i call they don't answer i leave messages they don't return takes third call to get any where i will not recommend Moving here with this management in place and am thinking i will break my lease but not before letting you who is reading this post or anyone who asks DONT MOVE HERE WHILE THIS MANAGEMENT IN PLACE

These 5 stars are for Eric In maintenance. He came out tonight (Friday night) after my heat had gone out and repaired earlier today. Of course things like this happen in the negative degree temps we’re having. It was a temporary fix apparently as there was a bad wire. Eric found the problem and fixed it. He’s got a positive and upbeat attitude and I just really appreciate him!! Thank you, Eric!
