I love Starbucks period. I loved the ones inside Targets because I could get my essentials done before or after and its very soothing.

Review of the optical department only.... Yesterday, I stopped to pick up my glasses. I was not greeted or acknowledged. There was a employee helping another person; I was ok with it. However, a white woman came in behind me and she was greeted and the employee got to help her. Still not acknowledging me. Target this unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere for my optical needs.

This is my favorite Target location. The store is always clean and they always provide outstanding customer service. There's always employees on the floor so it's never hard to find someone if you need help. They also have a better produce selection than some of the other Targets I've been to.

Used to like shopping here but not anymore. Once they made some of their recent decisions on product lines I chose to shop elsewhere. Store is typically clean with friendly staff.

CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE DRIVING AWAY WHEN DOING DRIVE UP, target handed me a stolen item and just gave me the box. I Had purchased a straightener and placed it for drive up, I let them know I am here and the lady who handed me my purchase did not ask to see my ID, I grab the bag and drove away not until I stopped at the nearest gas station and went and grabbed the bag to see it, I notice the box felt too light I went ahead and opened and the item was missing! I quickly drove back to target and let them know I was given a stolen item, one employee was willing to help me but she asked for another employee to help her and he immediately said no there's is nothing they can do about it because the product is missing! Well OF COURSE it's missing I was handed just the box with the item missing! I was wrongly accused of theft and felt discriminated, to show them I did not steal it I went ahead and repurchased the item with the actual item in it and after they "review" the footage they'll be able to give me my money back! I made 2 purchases of the same product but with one actually inside the box. What an awful experience, employees need to check if items is actually inside before handing them out at drive up.

Yep, I'm back again. Not much to purchase in Christmas section other than a lot of plastic decorative ornaments, wrapping paper, and wrapping paper storage bins. There is candy galore, and a cookie lady offering testers. Try the truffle mint chocolate cookie.

I had the strangest merchandise return experience here. I bought a phone case for my iphone the day prior and when i got home i took it out of the box it turned out the case was slightly too large. Iphone makes different versions of the iphone 11 and they are slightly different in size. I thought no big deal i will return it for the right one. I go back the next day and the lady (Shannon) at the returns scans it and it turns out the case doesn't belong to that box/barcode and accused me of having changed out cases and trying to return a used one.... I'm thinking wtf that is some teenager level BS!! She refuses to return the item so i told her to go check the footage on the self checkout to see for herself that that case was in that box. She then says "fine... i will do the return this one time" Well this one time is also the last time I ever step into that store again.
