I really gave them a $40 donation. This is what a Deluxe pedicure looks like after 1 day. I literally just went yesterday morning. My husband recommended this place since no one is hardly there and it’s close by from where we live. I see why the place is almost always empty. I can’t even complain because I should have known better

Came in to get my nails taken off. I got my nails done over a month ago at my usual place so they were very outgrown, should’ve been quick and easy to remove. The nail tech was very nice, but it seemed like she didn’t know the most efficient way to take them off. Normally when I get my nails removed, especially after being so outgrown, the pop them off easily by going underneath the acrylic nail. But instead, this tech soaked each hand individually, then would used the electric buffer, then soak them again. After almost an hour, I finally told her I had to leave despite her still not being finished. It’s never taken more than 20 minutes to remove nails, the only time it takes longer is if I just got them done. I simply just couldn’t wait anymore.. Then she told me it was $5, I’m assuming she dropped the price because I was leaving with the nails unfinished but then her boss made her charge me full price for an unfinished job! I paid the price but I will never come back. It should never take an hour to pop off some nails. Now I have to go to another salon at another time or finish the rest myself.

I’m very particular about my nails and have been bouncing around to different shops trying to find a tech since my usual gal is on maternity leave. Jen did a great job with my nails the first time without any direction from me, which is very rare. We had a great conversation as well, the price was fair, and finished pretty quickly for a full set with designs, so she’s my go-to tech now.

I asked for French tip but I wanted it with pink tips instead of white. She said she didn't understand so I showed her a picture and I received nothing like the picture and then when I asked to speak to manager she Said manager is not there today? I usually don't go as far as asking to speak to a manager but today this was Beyond horrible She should have been embarrassed to Allow this to leave.Service: Acrylic nails
