I’ve been coming here for a few months now and Krysten does a great job cutting my hair exactly how I like it. The MVP treatment is great. Hot towel on your face while you get a scalp/shampoo massage is relaxing. Also a shoulder massage when you get back to the chair is great. Very relaxing experience.

I've been going to this location for a few years now and to be honest, I know what to expect from a haircut there. I've had some minor miscommunication issues before that led to less than optimal haircuts but this is by far the worst one and the reason I'm leaving this review. If you decide to go here, do not let Ava touch your hair. I ended up receiving a buzz cut, despite the fact that I never specified that and it says nothing about it on my note. It was obvious that she went about it in a very lazy way as the haircut was less than 10 minutes long and she never even touched a pair of scissors during the process. I left no tip and the only reason I for it at all was because it wasn't a terrible cut, but it was definitely worse than what I wanted. It's also the only reason that this is a two star review rather than a one star. She also made no attempt to remedy the situation after I explained that this was not the cut I wanted, she just took the apron off of me and practically shooed me to the checkout counter.

Deysi provided one of the best haircuts I have ever had on Sunday, March 24, 2024. I am not exaggerating. Given that I am 41 years old, I have had thousands of haircuts and this was a top three of all time. It specifically was Deysi's incredible attention to detail that exceeded my expectations.
Deysi was very thorough, meticulous, and detailed. I believe Deysi deserves recognition and a raise from the franchise owner and/or corporate Sport Clips.
Thank you again Deysi. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

I normally go here for a hair cut, been here since I was 10, and have never asked for a certain hair stylist before. After my last cut, I know exactly who I want to cut my hair from now on! Ms. Lenda did an amazing job! Did exactly as I asked and you know what? I feel comfortable going back and asking her for more detail and how to get my hair perfect. She did an amazing job and did what I asked, I can trust her further! If you're looking for a great hair stylist at Sports Clips, go to Ms. Lenda!

I keep having appointment issues. I check in online, then at 20 minutes remaining, it jumps to 45. The explanation I get, while in the store, is that a First Available came in. The problem with that explanation is that I was standing there as the person on the list in front of me was finished.....with the stylist I use. That explanation made zero sense, since I was there before she was done with the person ahead of me. How can a FA be put in front of me, when my chosen stylist wasn't idle? Yeah, if you are doing nothing, and a FA comes in, you have to take them. I get that, but this wasn't even close to being the case.Service: Haircut
