On 3/30/24 4;45 pm Getting diesel could not read thru faded lens read out could not tell if pump was running then attend came out talk to other person I got his attendence told could not read laugh said go get my reading glasses never came back out .Pump was slow took 12 minuets to pump 16 gal.then no receipt at pump so I went in ask attend about his reading glasses told him looking spend for $25.00 of diesel I went over could not read pump so slow then no receipt . He just laugh sorry , This Shell there hiding in there Shell There service has falling . This 2 shell stations bad service . Franchise or no Franchise All Shell stations Standards should be same or put warning sign up saying under standard franchise Shell station. I have call there customer service hot line good luck getting thru so tell me having a lot complaints ,Did leave message same day no response

Charged for 4 lottery tickets and I only received 3. I checked my car and still only 3. Went back in and told him I only received 3. He told me no no no and I must have dropped it. If I had I would have noticed going back and forth from the store. Never stopping at this location again

They take advantage of customers. Not only did they price gourge people when the was a shortage of fuel at the time. They still continue to charge a ridiculous price. For example their diesel is at least .30 cents higher than other places. Not to mention their customer service.

Their pumps don't accept the payment method stated at the pump. Don't have contactless payment advertised. Owner was super rude and condescending.

This station states it's open 24 hours. I went in tonight and it is closed with all the pumps covered with plastic bags. I had to go to their competitor down the road.
