I don't usually shop at this Kohl's, but I ordered to pick up here since this was the next nearest place to me that had a necklace I wanted. Staff were kind and helped me; however, I was puzzled when I was told self pick-up was wayyy in the back corner where Amazon drop off is even though online pick up is at the front. That's fine, I mean every Kohl's does things their own way, cool. It's a bit weird Lol but cool.What makes me upset is that they package and give me an item I purchased online that was already discolored on one side of the necklace chain. Unfortunately, I noticed once I got home & to have to drive all the way back there for that just wasn't worth it. But this is BASICS people - your customers trust you to give them quality products, especially ones they buy online that they can't see in person. So for y'all to give them something discolored is unacceptable. I'm not sure if it's just so they can sell it out or lack of proper quality checks, but either way, I'll definitely think twice before ordering from this location again and stick to the Kohl's at Keller. 1 star is only for the friendly staff, but it's honestly not worth coming here if customers get crappy items. So sad...please do better...

I would like to thank the manager, Karla at the Crowley location. She is a very professional manager, and she aims to assist all customers. I have interacted with her twice and had nothing but positive reviews. She is also a team player. I see her walking around in the store, assisting her employees and jumping in wherever she needs to to make things happen.. She's has awesome team of employees that work together to make things happen. I enjoy going into Kohl's and will always be one of there best customers. Thank you so much.E Henderson

Came in looking to purchase a fragrance for Mother’s Day. Larger Kohl’s Sephora than others I’ve been too but still a smaller fragrance selection than a free standing Sephora. I looked for a bit but was undecided so I was leaving scent strips on the fragrances I was interested in. The only employee who asked if I needed help seemed more interested in tidying up and picking up my scent strips than helping me make a decision on a fragrance, so I left empty handed.

I went there to return an Amazon package on Sunday, May 21st. The Kohl's employee finally acknowledged me. She was so rude and unhelpful. Literally I have not been treated that rudely ever in any store. I won't ever return to this Kohls.

This store is dangerous. Great location, clean store, friendly employees! Those aren't what makes it dangerous. I had an Amazon return. And they told me I could either ship it back, or "just drop it off at Kohl's". So....I went to Kohls. I told myself I was just returning the Amazon item. The return area is at the back of the store. That's ok, I don't want anything anyway. I focused on the pathway to the back and found the returns area. No waiting. Immediate refund. And...they gave me a $5 off Kohls purchase because I returned the item there. No big deal, love the $5 gift, plus I had about $30 kohls cash. Ca-ching! I got this.Well...I ended up finding some outdoor pots I'd been "needing", a bathing suit for my son, and they have a large Sephora beauty area...then, $100 later, I was out the door. Very dangerous!But I really like this store.

My only complaint is the plus size clothes look like something from a sheet/curtain factory. Just because I’m a big girl does not mean I have to dress in a sheet or table cloth.
