I'm going to keep it brief because frankly, I do not have anything nice to say. I bought sushi here. We had a receipt AKA it was ALREADY PAID FOR. I proceeded to eat it in the food area while husband ate a hit dog because again: WE PAID FOR IT. We then tried to exit and the woman at the door would not let me leave until I DUG THROUGH THE GARBAGE to get my sushi box so she could scan it. Really? Nice Customer Service you've got there.

I came into sams club with my mother and daughter we where shopping around trying out the samples. At one point my mother was in line waiting for a sample when she turned around to get a different sample from a team member where this team member proceeded to disrespect and embarrass my mother infront of many. Talked to her so rude and thought it was okay to be as rude as he was. Many others made a face at the man and witnessed the situation. His name is val and I do not recommend putting this man on samples with how rude he and the disrespect he gives off to people. This was a very embarrassing situation for my mother I spoke to management about the matter just waiting to see if anything is done.

Hey Yelpers. Who has exclusive club memberships? Ya boi. Not bragging, but I have exclusive membership in a club, Sam's Club. Jealous? Don't be. I can put in a word for you. Anyway, usually hit up Barnes and Noble for my reading fix. But Sam's and Costco both have books in hard copy on the cheap. Occasionally you find a must-have. I scored two. Okay, so I'm a boomer still reading tactile books. But nothing beats holding a book, turning pages. It feels more immersive. Ebooks are like watching tv. Just not my thing. Give me a tree's ultimate sacrifice for the sake of knowledge any day. Grabbed assorted other goodies as well. Big old 60 oz French vanilla creamer. All this new reading will pair well with java. Hope you're doing well. Bell ringers for Salvation Army are out. Got change? I don't hit up skrip clubs (auto-correct wants me to use 'strip', skrip stays). I have an abundance of singles. I made it rain on that little red bucket y'all. Tis the last month to get receipts for charitable deductions and such. Your CPA will make sure it counts so give, give, give. Better for someone in need to get it than the IRS. Take care.

Aisles are wide. Store is clean. Staff will help you find anything. Prices are great on meat and pre-made salads. Rotisserie chicken is awesome!

Well stocked and clean! My cousins and I had to do a quick beer run and this Sam's club was the only Sam's/Costco in the area that had Corona. I'm glad they didn't limit us either. We also ordered from their food court and the ladies were nice. Although they forgot one of our pizzas, they were quick to fix the mistake.

I love their scan and go feature so we don't have to spend hours in line. I don't like sales people stopping you and trying to sell things, i know they have to earn livelihood too but for me if i go to Sams i need 100% to myself yo pick stuff from my list and explore new items. Love their Salmon, wines, milk, rotisserie chicken and prices are great. Helping staff. It's clean and a lot of parking outside and hey Gas is super cheap and good quality! Do go if you like bulk shopping...

Can you give negative Stars? Low inventory. Staff is uninformed about their products and services. Asked 3 different Employees if you use the app and "Scan and Go" will it allow you to print out a detailed receipt? They weren't sure or hadn't use the app yet for that, so I was referred to Member Services for an answer, I patiently waited in line behind the 2 people before me only to be laughed at for waiting and then questioned why didn't I ask a cashier or someone on that side? I did ... she responds Member Services doesn't have a printer for guests but if I own a printer at home, I can print it out. Ummm maybe in a team meeting they should share that with everyone. Poor Customer Service and rude staff ... This will not be a Sam's Club I will be returning to. Proceed with caution or lower your standards of expectation and you should be fine.

I would not suggest ordering from the bakery. I ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday party. They called at 12pm the day before the party to say that they had to cancel my order.

Placed an order in early August for shipping received part of the order but after several attempts to contact cannot find the rest of the order or find anyone to refund me the purchase price. I've tried their online contact but the information that I gave them on the tracking number was apparently not sufficient so I lost contact with them while trying to search for the actual order number that they don't appear to have. I do not recommend shipping with these people it's ridiculous

Sams Club Gas bait and switch. Street sign was lower to get you to come in and buy gas. Price at pump is higher.

Very rude customer service , I will not be coming back here and really thinking about not renewing my membership. Do not harass your customers, they literally allow you to have a job, make sure you clean your floors, retrain your employees to not discriminate customers and be overall better trained.

I purchase a pair of glasses in their optical department. They were one of their more expensive frames. Have had the lenses fall out multiple times. Had one of the ear pieces simply fall apart. So they replaced the frames. Lenses keep falling out again and now a second earpiece has fallen apart. Now they are working very short hours and I cannot get there while they are open. Cant actually talk to anyone who can handle or who seems to care. I've been a Sam's plus member for years. I'm done with them. Costco cleaner and has better customer service. It's obvious Sam's / Wal-Mart is now so big that they just don't care any more.
