This place has had the same dog in the "gated back yard" area of their office, I pass by twice a day, morning and evening. I've been the same dog there for the last 3 months. I'm starting to get concerned because this place doesn't do dog boarding, so why would a dog be there that long in the back gate? Seems very strange.

I have a dog I adopted 10 years ago. Over the years she has become more and more crippled. I took her to 4 different vet and had no answer as to why. I seriously thought I was going to have her put down. Thank you Dr Metcalf! You saved her life! He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. She has not done stairs or ran in at least 4 years. She now has gone up and down stairs on her own and chased the other 2 dogs. Thank you so much Dr Metcalf.

All the doctors have been good with my multitude of dogs I've brought in over the years, however, the prices have gotten outrageous! 2023 TCAP shots and a years worth of Bravecto and heart worm preventative was $325 and Davis Blvd for another dog of the same size on 3/23 for the same service was $563.37. Most recently I brought in a foster dog for an earache and was charged $457.65. This is not even my dog and that was made clear at the exam.

Went in today for shots. Sat in a room for an hour before a lady named Mary came in and told me they had an emergency and that it would be a while I told Mary that I needed to go ahead and leave and walked up to the front desk. At the front desk Mary was handing my folder to the lady upfront and told the lady that I had an attitude problem I explain to Mary my only problem was that she waited one hour and left me sitting in that room for an hour before she told me that they were running behind. Mary then flipped me off and walked around the corner right in front of Dr. Metcalf who did nothing about it. We have seven animals that go see them and never have I ever had a problem. I will never go here again their customer service is disgusting and so is the rate of turnover and their employees

We loved Dr. Metcalf. Thank you so much for the time you spent with my pet. We appreciate your recommendation for further treatment. After spending time at another clinic that didn't provide great care, your vet clinic was a breath of fresh air. The previous corporate chain I went to charged me at least $200 a visit with their corporate insurance. I paid much less for much better care this visit. Actually getting to visit with the vet and not have my pet taken away without me was wonderful. This is our new vet and we are so pleased. Thanks again!

We moved and had to find a new primary vet for our seven month corgi. This location was close and seemed good, but I'm unimpressed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! But everyone else weren't so great. Our vet and tech made multiple snide remarks about our dog being hyper, as if they've never dealt with a puppy before? Then they tried telling us the age of our dog was 1.5 as if we just randomly found him. We met the pup at 6 weeks and took him home at 8 weeks so I'm not sure what they were trying to prove, but I was turned off by their patronizing remarks. It was not a warm or welcoming experience... we probably won't return. (And the prices were terrible)

We brought in our new kitten for the first time. She was a rescue. Our son found her on the side of the road.. All of the staff was great. Dr Mitchell was wonderful. We know she's in good hands.

I can't speak to the actual level of service of this Vet, as I was unable to get my pet in for a visit. Granted, this is while COVID has been going on, but when I called, the woman answering the phone was not only incredibly short with me (I even heard her call me an idiot under her breath, for assuming I could get my pet in, in a timely fashion, I suppose.) When I told her I'd need to check my schedule, she said "fine, you do that" and hung up on me mid-sentence. With the way the world is right now, you probably should take this review with a grain of salt, buuuuuuuuuuuut.... then again?

This place deserves a 5 star rating. Everyone greets you as if you're family, knows your pups by name. My whole experience from making my appointment to being updated while she went through surgery and everything in between was very professional and made the whole situation my dog was in so much easier. I've never made a review for anything, but I needed to express how amazing this place has been to my family.
