Lived here for 2+ years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Perfect location too. The staff super nice and helpful every single time I’ve dealt with the office. Best property in the area.

My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over 2 years, and we absolutely loved living here. These are the best apartments in the area, and we really felt like we were at home during our stay. The management team here is amazing and very hands on, and they have always been very helpful. I always felt safe here and I am very sad to be leaving this community.

The worst! If I could rate them -5 stars I would. For the year I have lived here it has been pure hell. The office staff lies constantly. I have been lied to from the first day I moved in. My leasing agent was Jasmine she lied when I viewed the apartment stating it would be "of course freshly painted" carpets cleaned, sockets that were cracked or missing would be repaired, building would bepower washed, windows would be cleaned everything would be done, it would look like a brand new apartment . Like the apartments advertised on the site. Those were her exact words!!! There were no model apartments available to view, so we viewed the actual apartment 15102, I was to move into. Prior tenants had just moved, according to Jasmine so work had not yet been started. The day of move in the office was closed (I'm sure it was planned that way) so Noone was available for me to complain to and ask why NOTHING WAS DONE!I have pictures of the apartment before I moved in and after I moved in a had to clean it and make several several complaints for the little repairs that was done to be done. Excuse was always management has not approved it yet. Management has not approved painting window washing electrical outlets and carpet cleaning? Aren't those general repairs that should be done after each tenant moves? Then Jasmine left and ASHLY AND AMBER TOOK OVER LYING! I will add all of the text conversations between myself and them from June 2022 until May 2023. Now as I am trying to move they are attempting to block me in anyway possible. Stay tuned. DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS IS SUB PAR LIVING.

I just moved and let me tell you this place has been wonderful. From the ladies in the office to maintenance, even my new neighbors.The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is like I'm the first one to ever live here.I would highly recommend Oxford as your top choice in the area!

I moved out of Oxford iron horse in June 2021 and moved back home to Boston and I am applying at apartments here in Boston and needed a landlord reference so I emailed iron horse leasing and they kindly pulled up my records and sent me what I needed. I am so grateful how kind all the staff are! I always had such a great experience living there and still a great experience now!

My 2nd fav residence of all time (#1 was lakeside, so sorry Oxford). The place is impeccably managed and is filled with a wonderful community. The entire on-site crew will go out of their way to make your stay satisfying. Glitches receive immediate attention, the grounds are neat and clean and we all watch each others' backs. I'd recommend Oxford at Ironhorse to every decent fellow world traveler. Be sure to harass the front office ladies a bunch - they love that ;}

Oxford at Iron Horse is located next to the Iron Horse Golf Course and has the most friendly, knowledgeable staff. It has dog parks, pools, several hot tubs, and beautiful apartments. The complex has luxurious landscape and is covered in trees. The residents are friendly, and it's a quiet, well respected neighborhood. Very reasonable pricing!

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and I’ve loved it. The staff is responsive and wonderful to work with. Maintenance is quick and polite. I read a few bad reviews before I moved in and was worried but it has truly been a fantastic community with a lot of really great neighbors for me and my kids. So glad we found this place!

I just moved in May 26, 2022 I already had signed the lease so I was obligated to stay . If I could provide the pictures of what I moved into you would be disgusted They made me wait an hour because they said that housekeeping wascleaned it was mold and dirt all in the bathroom people were cleaning the carpet while I was moving in the refrigerator was beat up apartment was absolutely filthy I have every Picture

DON’T MOVE HERE, THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS THAN THIS PLACE!!!!! This place is ran downnnnn, pools haven’t been working all year, dog park is flooded, benches are rusted exposing you to potential harm, tree limbs at the dog park are rarely if ever trimmed and will smack you in the face or eye if you’re 5 ft tall or more, sprinklers broken, you will most likely slip and fall (possibly break a wrist or ankle) the water sprays you instead of the grass, poor budgeting and management skills, amenities are extremely limited, no shaded area at pools, no umbrellas anywhere, my vehicle was vandalized on property by a fellow tenant….. there are graffiti areas, window units and more all the while rent increases while property value doesn’t meet market value.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this apartment complex and the people that work here and everything I ask for or need or any kind of problems anything I have is taken care of immediately. Ashly is awesome and always takes care of me. The whole staff is fantastic.
