The low rating is meant for O’Reilly’s as a whole, not this specific location or these specific workers. I came to buy a $300 battery, but their “computer” says a professional has to install it, and they can’t. I went to Auto Zone down the street, and they installed the same battery in 5 minutes. Plus is was $10 cheaper…..Auto Zone for the win!

Staff here is really knowledgeable and they help you with the equipment that you need to repair your vehicle. They also have a wide range of accessories to upgrade your car or truck.

Beware of Maria who claims to be manager. she will lie cheat and steal! I rented a tool and she refused to take it back, because I didn’t rent it from her location. As well as anyone knows if you rent a tool from o Riley’s you bought it until you return it. Lazy lazy lazy.

As good as any other parts store.Their Import Direct line is usually the same as oe - useful when oe is out of stock.Good brakes. Decent rotating assemblies.One of the best batteries on the market today.
