“Corey and Wes at SpeeDee oil change were very informative about the products I needed, and quick and efficient with my oil change! Even let me in on a trade secret (which might not be a secret!!! ? shhhh but if you spray perfume on you cabin air filter it keeps your car smelling amazing!)”

“Fast service at a reasonable price! Initially went for an emissions inspection which is required to renew a car registration. Then went back later to get an oil change and brake servicing which was half the price of what the dealership wanted. Thanks!”

“They are great people! They do quality work at a fair price. I believe they have been in business at their current location for about 25 years, and I discovered their shop about 7 years ago. I have been very pleased with their service, the quality of their work, and their fair and reasonable pricing during those years.

They are always the people that I turn to when I need my autos repaired.”

“Update: I went back. They apologized and fixed the issue. Very respectful any l about everything.

I got my oil changed at the take 5 rude snow location on 12/20/24 and they didn't put the rock shelf back on properly. So it is now dragging when I drive. I'm going back tomorrow to see if they will fix their mistake. I will update if they take responsibility or not.”

“I would like to thank Jimmy in the auto care center you see I'm disabled with a walker
He assisted me with my walker and helped me find the items I needed!
We strike up a short conversation and he's a great guy and represents Walmart well”

“Last Saturday I went to my oil change appointment bright and early at 7:30am. While I was about to drive off I noticed something laying on the floor of the passenger side that looked like it came off of my vehicle so I went to ask one of them what it was and find out what happened. They explained to me it was called a “skip tray” that covers the oil filter and it wasn’t attached to anything and just fell off. I don’t know much about cars so I was freaking out a little bit because if it’s something that’s supposed to be there I wanted it put back on and I was a little annoyed that it was just laying on the floor in my vehicle with no explanation and the fact I had to get out and go ask them about it to begin with. Luckily for me the technician (Jacob) was willing to help me at no additional costs and take my tire off to get under there and attach it. Not only that, once he was finished I asked how much it would cost to fix my headlight because I’ve been driving around with the bulb unopened in my vehicle for 2 years. They put the bulb in for free!!! I’m eternally grateful because I live paycheck to paycheck and could barely afford the least expensive oil change so every penny counts. Also a special thanks to Patrick the manager on duty that morning he was courteous and informative explaining things to me. I’ve never been to Walmart for any auto care and I rarely go to Walmart in general for anything but after being assisted by Patrick and Jacob I would recommend them to anyone because top tier customer service is rare these days. I appreciate them so much and was so moved by their kindness towards me I cried. ?”
