The girl at the print desk was nice enough, but she was overwhelmed and should have asked for help. She had me and another customer that she was assisting and kept complaining about her computer not working. Three other folks queued up and no one was called. Finally, a young man came to help and took the third person in line (instead of relieving her of one of us). When I said something (unnamed associate with no name tag) chastised me. All I said was that I have someone waiting on me and every minute costs me money; I was only asking why he didn't help her first. I don't need a lecture from a retail desk jockey who was afraid to ask for help. I work in retail and that is the easiest way to rile up a customer and have things go south on you. This may not be the job for her. It will definitely be the last time I go to this store.

Bad customer services, 2 store attendance refuse to help me staple a large document i printed from their store saying i can only use the small staple that cant take more than 20 pages and am hilding about 70pages copies

They're nice, but the store is so small and doesn't have much of a great selection. It's not much fun going into to search for stationary.

I picked out an computer desk by myself. Told the man at the cash register. Carlos said he would meet at the back after checking out a customer. 25 minutes he's still helping someone on the phone. Finally brought the desk up front. Helped me load it and never once said anything apologetic for me having to wait so long. Carlos displayed very little if any customer service skills. Other sales persons walked by without asking if I needed any help. Over all bad experience.

Friendly service and it is easier than getting a printer and ink for printing once a month . I can also print good 11x17 plans

There is only one employee at this location that cares in the slightest about doing their print & copy job correctly. i have issues 95% of the time when i visit. I usually have to ask them to remake my art prints as they are discolored, smudged or scratched. Cant seem to ever get decent service, maybe i need to work here lol

I was helped when my Lap Top Mouse Insert would not release. The Employee at the Copy Center helped me and he worked on it until it released. He was a Very Nice Man and he wouldn't let me pay him for taking care of it! Great Employee Thank You!

Please look into hiring more staff for your print © area at this location. There is always a lengthy wait. People don't have time to stand around for 15+min waiting. There seems to always be one employee behind the counter and 3-5 people in line. Can't wait any longer... going to have to go somewhere else
