Isa was most helpful in installing a new battery for me. I came in late on 6/3/24 and while NTB did not have a battery in stock for my car they were able to get one before closing, and install it. I am impressed with the customer service I received, and the quality, and price of the new battery.

Had a blowout on Sunday, Walmart, Sam’s other tire shops, nobody had the tire I needed Or would not mount on the trailer. My son recommended NTB. They were open had a full complement of Tires and had the size I needed. It was in and out in 30 minutes and the best part is I paid $50 per tire less than I’ve been paying for my trailer tires. I definitely have a new tire store. I would recommend NTB to anybody.

I have been to this location several times. The employees are so kind and helpful! As someone who knows nothing about cars, I always feel like they explain things to me and do not try to take advantage of me. I don’t even live in the area and drive from downtown FtW because of the way I’m treated. Thanks so much guys!

Had an issue with tire and was in a hurry. Isa and Tre were extremely helpful. Got me back on he road in a timely fashion and gave some of the best service I can remember getting in a while.

I was having issues with my brakes and it turned out that I needed all new brakes. Isa and Armontre helped me and were able to take care of everything I needed. They even went the extra mile to get me a tire lock key since I didn't have mine. The price for all 4 brakes was so affordable and I would defiantly go back. My car feels like new!

Nothing but good things to say for this place. Like most places these days it appears they have had some employee turnover... but they're doing the best they can. Brought my car in and they got to it early. Worked with Jerry and he got it in and out much faster than I had anticipated. Have used this place for years and will continue to going forward.

Two Michelin tires were replaced at the same time, one at Walmart and one here. You can clearly see the difference by visual inspection.
