I had 2 bills from them and one I was paying about $55 per month on a payment plan. I had another bill and called to speak to someone in billing about paying $50 per month because I was not given the option to set up a second payment plan and was told it would be ok. About 3 months later I received a letter in the mail today, 11/4/24, saying my bill was about to go to collections. I see this as unprofessional and ridiculous. I do not know if there was a lack of communication or someone just made a mistake, which I get mistakes happen, but this annoys me. They could see I was at least making payments. They did not call me first, did not send a message to their portal first, etc. They sent a letter saying my bill will go to collections. I told them I am not working right now and that is why I wanted to pay it off slowly. I do not recommend nor will I be a patient of theirs anymore.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter today, and the receptionist was tone deaf and dry. I didn't like her tone when I informed her that my daughter didn't have insurance. Her tone was very condescending, and she shouldn't have had to ask twice about insurance coverage. She seemed to be annoyed when I told her my daughter's symptoms. I decided not to take my daughter here and take her to urgent care instead.
The receptionist definitely needs training. People that work in the medical field should have some empathy when talking to the public.

My family has been receiving treatment from the staff at NHFM for more than 40 years and they consistently have demonstrated kindness, compassionate and effective care every step of the way. Simply can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

I have been going to North Hills Family Practice for over 30 years and I have always felt that I got excellent treatment and advice. I have seen Dr Gabriel, Kayla and Ashley and have had very good care. The entire office staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went to the doctor today and was in and out with ease Love the fact that if I have an appointment at 3:00 I'm seen at 3:00.The receptionist always know my name and greets me every time.My time is precious to me.So I appreciate they're professionalism.
