My Persian cat had a great groom! He's very particular after a bad shave a few years ago. But he came home beautiful and happy. We'll definitely be visiting again soon.

My foster dog got into a burr bush and they squeezed me in same-day and did an amazing job. Before and after pics added. They also were so wonderful with the dog--he acted like he'd just been to play camp instead of bath time when I picked him up and was content to stay there all day if he could! They saved the day and 100% would recommend.

Natural grooming has a very homey atmosphere. I have an older Yorkshire Terrier and they take great care of her; treat her. Dry gently like their own. It's not too terribly hard to get an appointment but definitely call a few days to a week ahead with my experience. Also, the price is very fair. I hope you have a great experience like I did!

They do well with their grooming, although a little expensive, but the customer service makes it not worth it. You are told a window when to drop off, but not when to pick up. I was called today (November '22) at 1:30 saying that my dog was ready and they are now closed so to come get him. I informed them that I would contact my husband and he would be there as soon as he could. I then received text messages and another phone call within a 30 minute period asking where we were. I let them know he was on his way but since they did not give us a time period then it would take a minute to get there. They did not like this answer and said "well we gave you 20 minutes."

We have used Misty and Kristy for our schnauzers for the past few years and we love them! Pricing is fair and the pups come back looking so pretty! I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service ever .. I called to speak with a boss I'm looking to bring all our family pets there so i want to ask about a discount , their so rude an keep hanging up on me i should have known better by there low low ratings on Yelp

And update on my previous review! I spoke to these ladies, and I left messages for these ladies that I was waiting for the processing charge to clear my bank account or the charges to fall off my account! As of 2/14/22 (Monday, exactly 24 business hours later), it was posted on my bank account as PAID! They filed a thief report to the NRH police department without ever checking the status! I have sent a copy of the statement showing paid and asked why the police would be involved in what is obviously a "civil" dispute! These are the most vile, unprofessional group of women I have ever encountered! I would STRONGLY encourage anybody looking for a groomer to avoid this group of unprofessional ladies! Also, get a solid quote on the amount charged before leaving your pet! My opinion is also that of other reviews, I don't believe they even bathed my dog but simply gave her a very choppy haircut! If you still elect to do business with these vile ladies - REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED!

My Maltese needed her nails cut. I wash and comb her myself. They were very nice to give me an appointment quickly; however, I found three nails that they missed altogether and if the filed them at all it is a very poor job as they are jagged and cut me.Additionally, she decided to give my girl “ bangs”. I did not ask for her hair to be cut.

My Goldendoodle does look nice and fluffy. We got a next day appointment for a bath and brush. She was in good shape with no matting. My husband asked for a cost estimate and was told $40-$60. Picked her up and it was $74!!!!! I asked for an itemized list which they could not provide. We typically pay $100 for a full groom with hair cut. We will NOT be back.

I took my dog there for about six months. The mother was very friendly and helpful. Although the grooming was not quite as good in the detail areas, they did a good job, and my dog was content to go with them. I got a second dog, a Mini Sheepadoodle, and took him once. They did a good job on him. Then, I called for an appointment, left a message, and did not receive a reply for 7 days. I called back, explained I had left a message, and was rudely told they could not get me in for a week. Within ten minutes, the mother called me back and said they could take me on Saturday (this was on aTuesday and 10 days after my initial unanswered call). At the time of my appointment, 9:00, a repair man arrived at my house, so I was late. I arrived at 9:20. As I entered, someone began yelling at me from the back that I was late, they couldn't take me, and that they had replaced me. Then she began arguing with the nice mother who had told me to be there at 9:00. She did not tell me I would lose my spot. This went on for a couple of minutes at which point I said I was done and wouldn't be back. Major points: I was late, and I should have called. Deal breaker: There was no need for me to be treated rudely twice by this person who apparently has just returned after a lengthy illness. I was late, and I should have called. I was never asked why I was late. But, there are too many small businesses in this area that need business that I can support to put up with outright rudeness. So, I would encourage you to look for another small business that will appreciate your business more.
