I was looking for a national bank, because it was too difficult to move my money across states with my local one. A friend told me about BofA, and I've been with them for 3 years. They have a lot of different options for investments. They also provide Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) with low interest rates. Easy processes. However, if you go inside, there aren't many people working...service is very slow. Maybe they work from home...?

This location is mostly closed all of the time. The hours they have posted are incorrect. I wouldn't even waste your time stopping by this branch because 9 out of 10 times they will be closed. Visit the Keller or Colleyville Branch and save yourself the aggravation.

In a way, this review is as much about Bank of America in general as this specific branch. Bank of America continues to close branches and reduce hours. Recently they changed by typical branches (colleyville) hours to only be open 10-5 four days a week. They were busy every Saturday, but are now closed on Saturday. This was the closest open branch on Saturday and its line is 12+ deep. I can't give 1 star since the staff was diligently working and the line was moving. I would like to see more hours. If you are going to close a branch 3 or 4 days a week just close it.

The employees great me by name, and are efficient and helpful. This branch feels the way your local bank should.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Any time I go here the ladies are rude and not helpful. I recently needed s replacement card. Waited 9 business days went here to see about it and all she asked was did you check your mail? Lady with curly hair and glasses 25-35 years old. Didn't offer me a replacement card. Caught an attitude really fast when I asked what she was going to do about my card and basically told me it was my problem. Never returning here after that. Never had a good experience at this location.

I remember a time when banks were open for the convenience of their customers. I guess I'll have to use the more accommodating and friendly ATM instead.

I guess this is all Bank of America's that have this problem, but it seems like they have ONE person for counter and drive thru. You wait at the window forever, they finally greet you, and then you wait forever to have your deposit processed. It's ridiculous. You spend 30 minutes at a bank when there isn't even a line. Ridiculous.

Terrible hours. 10 am-4 pm M-F and only open until noon on Sat. Drive thru is NOT open on Saturday. You must go inside where you stand in a long line because there is only one teller. Obviously BOA is running low on nickels and dimes based on all the ridiculous fees and cutback on staff. Moved our banking and home loan to Chase and have been extremely pleased. Oh and Chase welcomes our 9 pound dog...BOA now bans dogs. UPDATE: Drive thru permanently closed. You are now forced to go inside everyday...when they are open. Be ready for even longer lines.

They should bulldoze the building and just leave the ATM. If you use a teller they tell you that you could have used the ATM. Don't they realize that would eliminate their job? They aren't open early, they aren't open late and are closed on Saturdays. If you need to do any real banking you won't be doing it here.

F u BofA! Thank you for basically calling me a liar and a scammer. I make it a point to try to never go in to your location as it is always a hassle. Trying to make me bring my wife in there just to cash a check that we have both signed. Telling me you can't be sure that's her signature is the same as calling me a liar and a thief. Closing my account and you guys can piss off! You get one star because I can't post a review with NO stars.

The service is true one of the worst. They keep on asking you to do everything on online or ATM. They should know that reason you are inside the branch because you want deal with a real person for your money. The hours really are bad also.

This location has the ATM that lets you deposit cash or checks directly- love the convenience for after hours!
