Awesome staff! Tamara helped from beginning to end. Fast process. Did a tour and loved it. I had some minor issues during the app process, but Tamara had no problem to help me through it.

Tamara Ethington is amazing professional. My initial "quick visit" to The Meadows at North Richland Hills turned into an incredible experience with Tamara when touring the property.Wonderful presentation, and very helpful with the process of applying for one of the many beautiful apartments available.

The maintenance team here is amazing! My ac went out and Rowdy fixed it so quickly. He even called me after to make sure cold air was flowing through and explained what was going on/what he did to fix it! All of the crew here have been so nice and helpful, definitely one of the better complexes I've lived at :)

This apartment was not move in ready. From the fumes coming from the flooring glue - made complaints of the smell 11/8 after entering #1411 to the busted-up countertop(which the leasing agent told me there was a work order in for), broken deadbolt where the door isn’t secured(door frame is warped), mold coming out the vents that have been painted over, holes in wall of the garage and broken blinds in the bedroom. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly! Update: now they are trying to charge a fee for an apartment that I never moved into and they agreed to a full refund on. Don’t go to this place!!!

The maintenance team is great! Always professional and prompt. Now if the company could do something about the manager, Chelsey, this place would be even better!!EDIT: Chelsey is gone but the problems are still here! The portal doesn’t work, the phone is never answered, the pools were both closed all summer last year, the dog poop is everywhere. I have been here 2 years and have seen many office and maintenance employees come and go from inefficient management. I called maintenance and seemed like I was a huge convenience for the employee on call. My lease will be up in June and I can’t wait to move out of this overpriced ghetto community.

The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing !!!!Always kind and willing to help!Signing my 3rd lease with them . They worked with me because I wanted to change units . I was shown everything that would be available and the pricing ! Found the perfect unit in the same property since my old one didn't fit my needs anymore .

I would like to start off saying that me & a friend of mine visited this property an hour before our appointment. We understood that we were early and communicated that we didn’t mind waiting for our initial appointment time. However, several comments were made by Tamara about how we “must have gotten the time confused” in a tone that we both found rude and disrespectful.I also strongly disliked that as a Black woman Tamara hardly addressed me. She remembered my friends name and I do have to mention that my friend is White. Not only did she remember her name but Tamara called MY phone asking for my friend. This is truly unacceptable and I don’t appreciate it at all if I’m being honest…. during Black History Month at that. The unit shown had bugs crawling around even though Tamara claimed pest control sprayed this morning or yesterday evening. Regardless of how early we showed up, you should never make prospective residents feel as if they are inconveniencing you especially when I know you get commission on leases.I would recommend their sister property The Delano. Ask for Pam, she’s the community manager and she has amazing customer service!

I DO NOT recommend this property and wish I could terminate my lease immediately. Maintenance is horrible and the trash is disgusting. I attached pictures of the “MOVE IN READY” apartment.I moved in November 2023 and it has been the worst experience ever. I was supposed to move in October 2023 per my lease but when I received the keys, the apartment was disgusting. No cleaning had been done but the leasing agent claimed it was move in ready. The carpet smelled badly, tubs, sinks and toilets were visibly nasty. I complained to the front office and she sent the maintenance team over to shampoo the carpet with a bunch of chemicals. No cleaning of anything else so I had to disinfect the place myself causing me to move in a week later. After a few days, I would close the door to my baby’s room and it would smell so bad. My babies and I started getting sick and I complained to the front office to check the carpet because we were having upper respiratory issues. They claimed the carpet was fine. The issue continued to the point I couldn’t let my baby stay in that room. I closed off the room and the smell got stronger. Weeks go by and after complaining so much, the property manager had the maintenance come and pull up the edge of the carpet and claimed it was all good. My baby got so sick to where he was wheezing, I began to have asthma attacks from just being in the apartment. I had to take my baby to the ER to get treatment. The doctors were asking if there's any mold or pets in the home. I told them about the issue with the carpet and the doctors recommended to have the carpet checked again because it was causing respiratory issues. I am highly allergic to animals and it’s possible my baby is also which caused him to start wheezing from inhaling all of the crap for weeks. The apartment management stated they were NOT going to replace the carpet. I went home and pulled it up myself and found disgusting pee stains from a pet all over the carpet in all of the bedrooms. Finally, they removed the carpet but I had to hire movers to move all of my belongings to the living room or else they would not remove the carpet. I asked for reimbursement but the property manager said the regional manager denied it.Also, the countertops in the kitchen has bubbles in it , as they claim it’s from the dishwasher. So I can’t properly use my dishwasher even though I’m paying to have one. The racks had mold in it and it took them weeks to replace it.It’s so sad that we had to suffer through all of that and still pay the rent in full even though the apartment was not fully livable and caused health issues resulting in ER bills.Maintenance is horrible, they rig stuff and claim it’s not in the budget to fix.I reached out to the regional and corporate offices and haven’t heard anything.I DO NOT recommend this place.

First of all I want to start by saying I have been living here for almost 4 years now and all of a sudden I get an email saying that we have to remove our ring cameras. First of all I put my ring cameras there to begin with because my packages were getting stolen. I also have noticed they have been allowing residents to move in who I don’t feel comfortable living near and they expect me to remove my camera!!! The one thing that makes me feel safe!! especially because I work nights and I don’t want to come home in the middle of the night and get robbed or attacked. This request is absolutely ridiculous, why are people even around my door in the first place when they don’t live there if they don’t want my ring camera to to pick up on it?!?
