Heavenly Sleep did not have one in stock but promised to have one in the next day. True to their word, I picked up a new box spring the next day. “I don't usually write reviews, but Tim went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pillow. He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! “Just purchased a new mattress and excited to receive it next week. Memorial Day sale has begun. We bought the i8 version in king with split on upper half of the bed only. With smart tech, it's supposed to help regulate your temperature adjusting automatically. We're both looking forward to the custom settings, adjustable foot and head areas. I'll update this review once we've had time on the bed to give better opinion of sleep quality. Fabian was great to work with.”
