First time there and Linda was wonderful!! The place is clean, accommodating and very pleasant. I had a mani/pedi and it was incredible, definitely worth the money. I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave.

What a gem!
Kevin and Linda took really good care of me. I got a Detox pedicure and a Basic manicure. The customer service was top- notch! And, yes, I will be going back soon.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been coming to for years. They always do a great job with my dip nails and pedicure. I brought my friends and family there for special treatment and will bring more. Great professional staff and beautiful decor.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! After getting a Mani/Pedi here I was shocked when NOT EVEN 3 DAYS LATER my left pinky nail broke down the middle. It was so painful.
What did I do to break it? I YAWNED! That’s right! I yawned and when my hands made fists the nail broke. I didn't squeeze my fists at all. I figured it was bad luck and I decided to fix it instead of call them and tell them.
Shortly after all of my nails started breaking off one by one. They were breaking from things like running my fingers through my hair, putting my hair in a pony tale, going through my purse while looking for something, etc.. I was doing normal, everyday things, that shouldn't be able to break my finger nails.
So at this point I decide to call to see what can be done. It had only been 8-9 days since receiving my Mani/Pedi. I wouldn’t have been able to call them before then anyway because I was out of town (the reason for my Mani/Pedi).
I was told they’d fix it. When somebody tells you that you expect them to fix it and not charge you. I, however, asked if it would cost me anything because of the language barrier. Michael, who I spoke to on the phone, told me not to worry about it and they’d fix it. So naturally I took that as it wouldn’t cost me anything.
Fast forward to today. It’s the first day I’ve been able to sneak away for a couple of hours and get my nails fixed.
I drove from Addison (about an hour). Just to find out and I got here that I would in fact be charged. I told the lady at the front that I would like to speak to the man that I talk to you on the phone because he told me that I wouldn’t be. When he finally gets to the front, they don’t speak in English, but I can do pick out here in there what they are saying. pretty much they made it to where I would be charge and I couldn’t do anything about it. So not only does this place mess up nails, refuse to fix them when they mess them up, they also lie straight to your face. I’m not even mentioning how unprofessional this place is.
The nail tech that took care of me the first time quit the last Monday. That was one of the excuses I was given as to why they couldn’t fix my nails. It’s absolutely mind blowing that this business is still open.
They have a buy one get your second service free deal going on but DON’T BELIEVE IT!! I received a manicure with tips and a BASIC pedicure…how was my total $97.50 for those two things!?!?
I am so mad and frustrated with this place. Just do yourself a favor…save your money and your nails and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is full of con artists.

Kristy has been my nail tech for many years and she is wonderful! I got something new today and I really love them almond tips for Thanksgiving. The color goes great for the holidays.???

Came in today to have a mani and pedi only to have a rushed halfway job. I had previously had my nails done here and needed to have my nails soaked before getting a new set which I understood I showed a picture of what I wanted for my nails I got in a chair and some one started on my pedi it was all good to that point until it came to getting my fingers soaked in hot acetone. Because you can’t just put someone to have their nails soaked in hot ammonia and leave and forget about them to go work on another customer I had to tell y’all my skin was burning for y’all to aknowledge I was still soaking, And not only That but it was rushed for me to pick out a color for my toes which I did not even get to choose cause y’all wanted to pass the book to the other customers at least my feet were soaked and toes nails trimmed but no color on my toe nails, y’all didn’t even take off the the remainder of the set I had been soaking for. Just all a bad experience

I don’t want to take her name but a lady took 2 and half hr to do my nail.. she was soooooooo slllooowww and the worst part is I didn’t like my nail .. not going back to this place again
