We have been thoughroughly satisfied with the staff at Little Tykes since the tour. Ms. T has proven to be knowledgeable, professional, educational, and a great leader for her team. She deeply cares for her children and I feel my child is safe with her. I also can't say enough about Ms. Kameron and her warm smile, patience, and the desire to go above and beyond, Mrs. Oki, and every other teacher has been nothing but lovely. These are some of the best women I've met, and I'm proud they teach my son.

Unfortunately i have had one of the most heartbreaking experiences with this day care my son and daughter attended this location as of march up until now today I received a call from the new director stating that my son was a safety hazard and went on about him climbing going in circles until I finally asked if i need to pick up my son and if he will be removed permanently and she responded that yes in fact he would be removed permanently i then headed to the day care having to leave work i ask to have a conversation with her about the situation when i have only received 1 incident report on him since he has been assisting keep in mind iv received so many incident reports on my daughter being hurt .I basically had this situation laid on me with out no precious voiced concerns just a simple we are not able to take care of him. The day before i must add that i had a conversation with the director about my son going through a diagnosis for autism and about him assisting speech and OT which i perceived as a nice conversation giving the fact that all this information is on his application place when applying for this daycare and she stated to bring in some toys to help better stimulate not stating any issues with him or inconvenience the very next day I receive this call. No warning and to think all of this time i felt 100% leaving my children in their care clearly not knowing what was going on all the director had to say was that they apologize for not having better communication with me and they can't financially have two teachers in a room since my son takes all the attention from one teacher I completely feel that my son was 100% discriminated against this action has been very agonizing i hope this never happens to anyones children and no parent be placed in a situation like i was.

My little one loves attending here! The teachers and director are so friendly and attentive to the children. Love hearing all the stories of how much my daughter has enjoyed her day when I pick her up after work. Makes me feel comfort knowing she is in a safe environment as well as having FUN/LEARNING ?

Little Tykes Smithfield Campus is a hidden gem. My daughter has been going there since she was 3 months old and she is now 19 months old. They spoil her and always make sure she is taken care of. They are always accommodating and making sure that their children and the parents are taken care of. I am so glad I can be at ease leaving my baby girl with people who truly care for her.

I have kids in multiple age ranges at this location and love every teacher and especially the director and assistant director! I know when I drop my kids off in the morning that I am leaving my babies with people that care. I really appreciate the communication and efforts to make sure everyone is on the same page.

The staff at this location is outstanding! The center is always clean and tidy! It’s always so comforting picking up my child and hearing about all the crafts she’s made, things she’s learned about and activities she got to participate in. My child simply loves it here and I couldn’t imagine her anywhere else! This is truly the best early childcare center for kids!

absolutely love this daycare! my girls have been going there now a few months now, and they always tell how much fun they had! Even have amazing field trips for the schoolers kids during the summer time. All the teachers there are the sweetest. :)

Put my daughter here on Monday & withdrew her today, worst experience. She got a black eye on her first day and no one seem to know or see how it happened, yesterday she came home with a whole bite mark on her leg once again no one saw anything didn’t even care to let us know it happened because no one sees anything here. Trust me I know children are bound to play and get hurt but this was ridiculous no one ever knows or sees anything, I would NOT recommend the smithfield location.

My daughter's go here. I absolutely love this daycare. Miss Karen the direct is so caring and awesome. Miss tonya and Miss Tracy are so great with my oldest. The office lady miss Kassie is so polite. The building is always clean. I have no complaints. Love all the employees.

I dropped my son off this morning the teacher was yelling at a different kid that if she he didn’t do whatever, she was gonna lock him in a high chair. This daycare took a major nose dive this past year. No one is at the front desk that would make it easy to kidnap any kid there in a heartbeat. Don’t send your kids here

Our daycare experience started out horribly until we found Little Tykes - Smithfield location. The teachers and staff are simply outstanding. They know our girl, care for her and pay attention to her in such a thoughtful way. I trust them and truly like everyone there! It's such a blessing of a place. She is learning, reading, painting, talking, walking, eating...everything she should be doing and more!
