I could never get a person to answer the phone, Labcorp NRH, Texas. I needed lab work results drawn 2 weeks ago for an upcoming appointment. The lady at the desk was rude, blamed me for asking for my lab work, she gave it to me but told me it was not legal for her to give it to me, printed with a marker an 800 number that I could call and get the results which I had called but no one would ever speak with me. If I wasn’t supposed to see the lab work before the Dr. reviewed it, why didn’t she have them FAX it to the provider and not the Labcorp office. I will not go back to that location. Too bad you closed the Euless Labcorp location. Never a problem there.

This was a very unprofessional experience! Very rude, no patients at all with patients. They will let you stare at a kiosks forever and then seem agitated when you have to go to the window or they have to help you. Then when you get to window and wait for assistance, you get an irritated response,“we’ll sign in.”
VERY unprofessional!

I go to this location because the staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service is usually a quick in and done, including the check-in process.

Rude overall. The way the lady who drew my blood talked to me was rude and she scoffed the whole time, just angry as soon as she came in. Short, older with dark hair. If you are a patient going through emotional distress due to your illness and don’t need additional distress from healthcare providers, don’t go to this place, there are other places around the area.

The blonde front desk woman is awful to deal with

My first time going to a hospital in over a decade and my first time ever going by myself. I left their building sobbing so hard I could barely walk to my car. The entire team was so disrespectful and cold and cruel to me the entire time I was there. I barely spoke a word to them yet they treated me as if I had come in and started screaming. The blonde front desk lady treated me like I was an idiot when I asked questions or wasn’t sure how to answer hers. She handed me a paper and told me to sign it, but didn’t specify where and then gave me major attitude and said “You’re doing it wrong.” I didn’t say a word as she took the paper and aggressively flipped it onto her desk and reprinted. The other lady who did my tests (a short, round, brown older aged lady.) Did not speak a word to me unless it was to tell me where to sit and what to do. Even then, her instructions were incredibly vague. She made to draw my blood and said all she said was “tighten it.” I was confused, because what am I tightening, and then she sighed and said, “make a fist.” Again, I’ve NEVER done this before. My next test came and I asked clarifying questions which seemed to annoy her even though I was just trying to ensure I did everything right. The third test started with her nearly slamming a cup of liquid with a straw down in front of me, and then turning around to the computer without saying a word to me. Was I supposed to drink it? Did she need to watch me? Did I need to drink all of it? So I asked her if I needed to drink it and she turned slowly and said “Yeah.” And I asked if it needed to be the entire cup, and she gave me the same answer. With attitude both times. I drank it and then she moved me to another room. I bawled my eyes out in that room at how I’d been treated, while simultaneously watching them chat politely with other patients and be kind to them even though I hadn’t done anything besides exist in their presence. The testing lady came back after about 15 minutes, saw my puffy and wet face, saw my tissues in my lap, and said nothing. She made me do a final test, and I didn’t ask questions this time. She took the sample from me and scoffed, basically laughed in my face, and said “really? that’s it? well that’s not good enough, you needed to fill the bag. but i guess we will see what they can do with it.” and then she pointed to the exit and told me I could leave. I am a very young adult trying to take care of myself. After being gravely ill for weeks and trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, I am treated like this by the people who are supposed to help me. Unbelievable.

I have visited this location three times in the past several months. All three times, the woman at the front desk has a viral attitude. I don't know her name. She's short, she's blonde, and she's middle-aged.
Other than that, her attitude is bitter every time you walk in that door. She needs to realize that people are coming in there in pain, and just because they're angry, it's not directed at her. Pain makes people upset. And when your caregivers and / or employees of the facilities treat you as if you are dirt, it makes one never want to return to your establishment or refer your establishment in the future. I will never go back to this location again. I give you a 1 because negative 5 was not an option.
During my first two visits, she refused to take my insurance. Instead, she charged me out of pocket for my visits. And then the third visit she said why don't we use your insurance I said I would have liked to have used my insurance the first two times I came. She said we could set you up now, and she took my insurance card and put it in there. And then proceeded to tell me I had a bill from the last visit.
I asked what it was for?
She said I don't know it's $9.50.
I agreed to pay it and asked her to print me a copy of that receipt.
I went on about my business, got my blood drawn, and when I got in the car, I found out that that $9.50 was my deductible amount for my last visit.
Q: Why am I being charged a deductible amount when you're charging me out of pocket for my visit? Insurance fraud, surprise medical billing. I have reported your facility for this to Texas insurance board.

I prefer LabCorp when my doctor orders blood work. They are friendly, clean and efficient. You don't waste a lot of time waiting. Also, when you call, they answer! The place my doctor uses has a labrynthe of instructions, and you can't talk to anyone to ask a question. Now I just print the paperwork so I can use LabCorp.

I have difficult veins and used to getting stuck 5 times before they can draw blood. Beverly got it the first time when nobody else could! You’re amazing and I appreciate you! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the other technician (brunette with glasses) was a bit rude and dry. Maybe having a bad day?
