Don’t trust this location, I signed up for personal training service that I paid for hundreds of dollars monthly, the sales team how had me signing the contract gave me absolutely misleading information, they told me trainers are available in weekends and evenings which are the only times I can do and signed the contract based on this, they told me I’ll be given nutrition plan, they told me my trainer will be monitoring progress and this ALL didn’t happen. They don’t have training staff available, no plan was put for me and I got 3 month worth of sessions accumulated in my account, I was also told I can cancel any time with 30 days notice and this was also misleading information. Will not recommend this place at all.

This gym is really clean compared to others. I don’t have any issues with my intersections with people, working staff, or the machines. I’m a fan of the basketball court as well. Most LA Fitnesses have floors that are elevated in some areas but this court is petty leveled all around. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick workout session.

Stay away...join any other gym but this one. Every month their system kicks out my payment and then they charge a late fee that they say they will reimburse but never do. I tried to cancel today due to the aggravation each month but was told I have to pay another month to cancel even though I paid first and last month's dues when I joined. Very crooked company...don't say you were not warned!!

1 leg press? 1 leg sled? No Raqueatball!! No steam room !! No dry sauna!!! Maybe they should turn the Kids club (which has been closed since covid 19, wasted space) turn it into a steam room or a Dry sauna.No whirlpool!! Pro's .......... clean, ...... nice dumbell selection. The gym at North East mall location was awesome. I was disappointed. The equipment has no organization. I waited 18 minutes for the leg press machine. My fat burn ? heat rate slowed during the wait. Oh well it was clean.

Bad customer service. Upon arrival, I was informed that my guests were not in the system even though I added them at another location beforehand but since it didn't show up when I scanned the QR code, I was told I needed to add them again. I came to this location to do a quick workout, but I didn't have that much time, so I ended up leaving.
I have a primary membership with guest privileges so I shouldn't have to sign them up at each individual LA Fitness I visit.

No one never called me back. I went up to LA Fitness to speak to someone and the building was closed and complete empty. OMG
