Nancy was super kind and helpful at the self checkout, her above and beyond customer service is not reflected by the 1 star review.
1 star because it's nasty how there's always employees standing out front smoking cigarettes!!! Nobody wants to smell second hand smoke. I don't care how many times smokers wash their hands, it's unsanitary and downright disgusting to be working in a grocery store wearing cigarette smoke soaked clothing. If you can, avoid this location.

Do not expect this store to follow CORPORATE POLICY that's listed on their webpage. This store says they don't have to follow CORPORATE policies they make their own up. The customer service was rude and so was the front end manager. I have contacted the corporate office not only did they give me a refund for the one item that I needed to return that I lost the receipt for but an additional 500 gift card to use at any of their stores. The Item I was returning was 7 bucks. I was told that Texas had a law now that states you have to have a receipt for any return. When the law stays that it's not mandatory for any store to issue a receipt

I really like Kroger but they need to change their machines, they complain about anything.You can't scan the next product until you get the green sign on the screen, you can't touch the bags or the carousel because it stops the checking process to tell you to "remove" whatever you're putting in without scanning, but you're not! Then, if you put something really light in weight the scale can't detect it and it stops again to ask if you want to "skip bagging", and for different reasons it stops and "calls" am employee to help you when you don't need help :(I just don't go there anymore, at least, not as often. I only shop there now when I have more time :(Unfortunately, I've found another store where I go in and out when I'm in a hurry. The difference in time is about 20 to 25 minutes. Sorry!

Waiting on line for customer service 15 min, manager Cassie really rude with the person in front of me was a disabled lady asking her for help with the license payment, She refused. After almost 30 when is my turn the cashier's get mad because I brought some items that's have been recalled.

Super fresh produce. Great selection at reasonable prices. Everything is nice and organized where is easy to locate what your looking for. Also the app helps out alot to. The gentlemen in produce was friendly and helpful. Also Daisey went out of the way to assist me at check out, thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGER BUT young lady who brought my groceries to car was very pleasant. They put wrong item and then to get my money I would have taken all my kids out car WHY ORDER CURBSIDE IF I HAD TO GO IN STIRE and they mess my order up. HORRIBLE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
