When we were using ISG for our insurance needs, they found us the lowest and best rates possible. Michael Samano was very helpful with the process and did his best to make sure we were happy. We have not used ISG for a while now and Michael Samano still keeps in touch with us to try and help with our insurance needs. We're hoping later this year we will be able to return to ISG again. If you or someone you know needs insurance, Michael Samano and ISG is the best insurance company to speak with. They will help you.

I need to find a new insurance company. The old one I had would automatically look for better deals for their clients but not this one. My agent Jonathan never answer his phone or return calls. The operator is rude and you can't ask for a new agent. They hang up on you and won't answer your calls. Horrible company and customer service and I pay my bill on time. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau.

My wife and I have been with Tyler Pahl of the Insurance Solutions Group for a few years now. We have been able to get all of our different insurance policies through them (home, auto, Error & Omission and general liability for small business, etc).Tyler is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He takes great care explaining the different options for these policies and will answer any questions if I don't understand. We really enjoy working with Tyler! He will make your life much easier and take away the hassle of insurance shopping.

Johnathan Stokes is amazing to work with! He came highly recommended from a friend a few years ago and we’ve been with him ever since. He is very responsive and reliable.
