What a fantastic company. This is my favorite place to visit during Tax season. For many years we have been dealing with H&R Block. Our analyst has the perfect name and suits us well. Mrs. "Money". I can not understand why anybody would go anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable and always on top of the current rules pertaining to filing with the IRS. We all know the pain of Taxes and she actually eases the pain to where it sort of becomes enjoyable. We love her and her support staff too. We encourage you to give them a try. Many of our friends and our family members also enjoy the services of H&R without any complications ever. Thanks Suzanne and thank you H&R.

Unfortunately, there is no rating below 1 star or I would give it. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Bait and switch. Selected $85 online taxes option where a tax pro advises on docs you upload. They never assigned an agent to me. Before tax day I spent 2.5 hour on call with customer service, 6 different people. No one knew how to get my account assigned. The last person told me I had to go into the office and made me an appointment. After taxes done I get a bill for over $500. I complained to customer service. Office manager Karye Burton refused to refund me the difference. I could have paid far more competent accounts less to get them filed. I'm outraged that no guidance was given to me up front so I knew the bill ahead of time. Stay away from this company. Essentially a bunch of clerks filling out the software for you. Go to a professional CPA and beware of this sham organization.
