Quia is the best! It took me a while to find a good one and I found her and she is amazing. She is the sweetest and gives the best massages. She is attentive and listens to your needs and remembers! She hits all the pressure points. I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience booking and coming in for a massage, my massage therapist was amazing! I had a gift card I wanted to use for my session but I was surprised when checking out a gift card can’t be used for add-ons like a scalp massage, gratuity, or if I wanted to buy any of their products! (Most people purchase gift cards with the intention that it is an all-paid type of experience) I didn’t realize the company determined how you allocate the money on a gift card. So just a heads up to how this company does business.

Sasha at the NRH location provided the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She found the tight places and displayed her knowledge and skill of myofacial release. I’ll always request her as my therapist in the future.

Quia from the NRH location is absolutely amazing!!! I've gotten massages for years and she's the best. She takes a more physical therapy approach and really hits your pressure points if your in pain. Go Quia!!!

I had an 80 minute massage with hot stones. I have always gotten hour massages in the past. I was doing massages ALL wrong!! (Laughing) 80 minutes is the way to go. Tiara was my massage therapist and she was exceptional!! I have already scheduledmy next 80 massage!

I received a massage and facial gift card from my sweet daughter! The experience was absolutely wonderful!! The massage was performed just as requested and the facial was the best I have ever had! I highly recommend the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. With the holidays coming & if you are having a hard time wondering what to get a friend or loved one, I would certainly recommend that you consider a gift card at this business. Who wouldn't love it?

Scheduled an appointment on the website before they opened for a massage. Fataki was my massage therapist and he did phenomenal! He was so kind, and professional and really focused on my tough areas and got all of my stress knots out. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband recently had a horrible experience at the NRH location. The therapist was 100% having a bad day and took it out on him. She humiliated him. He spoke with the manager and she didn't care and I was told at the front desk that a message would be given to the reginal manager and no one has called or made any effort to fix this problem. Do not visit the NRH location because they do not care.
