“I was looking to build a 7prc for a “do it all” rifle. I had shopped every option, but I am so glad that I went with APR. Jimmy and John provided excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and helped me with answering questions and making decisions on my build without making me feel rushed on the phone. This rifle took 6 months, and boy was it worth the wait. I built a Maverick with an Alpine Hunter stock and topped it with a Leupold VX5 with the CDS. I sighted the rifle in at 100yds (sub 0.5moa groups) and shortly after got to put it through its paces at 300-600 yards (I am a deer hunter that normally doesn’t shoot beyond 250yds). This rifle shot a bullseye at every distance. My buddies and I were impressed to say the least. If you are on the fence about spending a little more for a custom build than a traditional rifle I encourage you to go for it. Use Robert and the guys at APR. You will not regret it and you’ll have a family heirloom of a gun. Remember “only accurate rifles are interesting”!”
